I enjoyed our staying, I liked the location, the hotel, the room and the pool. Reception staff was nice and everything was smooth. We could also leave the luggage after the check out in the dining room and they let us use the swimming pool up to 1:30 pm.

As I said, they let us use the swimming pool only up to 1:30 pm - we were leaving at that time any way. The thing is that we didn't use the pool at all beforehand, only during those hours from check out up to our departure. Another thing is, although they had a shower in the common toilet, they stressed out that we were not allowed to use it once we checked out. If we needed a shower when we had access to our room, we would use the one in our room, wouldn't we?

Great price for high season in Santorini - location is great, just 10 mins walk from the main bus station and closed to the city centre of Thira. The pool added the extra value and the staff was incredibly welcoming

The location was excellent, the room was just like in the photos, and having access to the pool was very convenient on such a hot July day

The staff was fairly kind, but not very welcoming. The property is quite old - I would recommend it only for short stays

if you enjoy self-catering or prefer taking meals in, it’s helpful to know that ovens or microwaves aren’t provided in the rooms—only a refrigerator and kettle are available. After a few days of takeaways, we found ourselves wishing for something to reheat food more easily

Location super central and swimming pool was a great addition to use during the summer heat. Staff was super friendly at check-in!

Hairdryer really outdated, if you have a lot of hair pressing the button constantly is not ideal but overall good facilities.

Quite near all the main Fira locations, everything was in a 5-15min walking distance. Cozy rooms - ours had a mini "cave" which led further below the main level. Staff knew decent English and was really helpful
