The outdoor furniture and hot tub were not that clean

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The views were amazing from the hot tub and in a very good location. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is centrally located, making it perfect for visiting popular attractions. You are offered a complimentary bottle of mineral water and a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge. The air conditioner and dehumidifier work very well.

There is no reception desk; instead, a staff member downstairs will greet you and take you to your room — but you have to find him yourself. They claim the rooftop hot tub is cleaned and disinfected regularly. Not true. When I used it, the bubbles were dirty and left residue along the tub’s edge. Check-out is at 11 a.m., but someone came up at 10:30 and asked if I was ready — it felt like he was trying to kick me out. The bathroom floor is wooden and moldy, the toilet door handle is broken, and the iron is rusty. You shouldn’t use it, as it might leave rust stains on your clothes.

Location was fantastic, the balcony set-up was lovely, and the host was responsive and helpful with organising transfers.

Fundamentally unclean. Some evidence of mould in the shower, cutlery not fully washed, dirty cushions in the upstairs area next to the hot tub and a general damp smell in the room. Hygiene standard no where near what you’d expect from a place this expensive. Seems to be a theme as the couple in the unit next-door actually left and stayed elsewhere. The bathroom door was also faulty.

Great location and view

Not clean at all. There was dirt spots outside couches. Cleaning staff was like joke. We had some dirty dishes - the guy cleaned in the sink in front of us.

Unfortunately there was no breakfast or even fresh coffee available at our property. The location was very good.

The flat wasn't clean to the standard I expected, the main doors weren't closing properly, the paint on the doors was chipped significantly, there were stains on bedsheets, and walls. There were stains on all outdoor cushions and towels. Coffee machine was very dusty. The lounge area was providing very little shade and the owner/host was not able to provide any solution to that. Jacuzzi wasn't covered therefore the water was constantly dirty. Overall we paid much more than we should for this place.

I like the landlord very helpful. The location is very good and close to everything. Top floor view is stunning.

The location was excellent right next to the blue domes and also not very far from the cathedral and the castle. The staff was very accommodating. We were very very impressed with the services given by Ismail who showed us the location of good restaurants and the nearest supermarket. All in all it was a good stay. Though the size of the room was a bit cramped but there was so much open space near the entrance and the terrace and the best part was the balcony overlooking the main street which was action packed through out the day.

The location was perfect. Right on the main Oia road, next to blue dome church. We couldn’t have asked for more! Will definitely come back to stay here! 5 stars for the location and caldera views!!

Nothing as such

Everything was perfect, right in the middle of everything, however when on the rooftop with the hot tub you couldn't hear anything and it was very relaxing with the most amazing view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 3Elements, in a perfect location in Oia you have everything you need at your doorstep. The hot tub overlooking the water provides the perfect setting to watch the sunset without having to battle the crowds. We look forward to coming back to 3Elements!

The person I initially contacted was very helpful and helped with my personal request without any additional charges, I wanted a cake for my wife’s birthday and they helped me very well with a cake, some flowers and decoration with balloons ! This was amazing and much appreciated.

The property is very poorly maintained and was not cleaned well, the floors were dusty and the jacuzzi had some dust inside which the care taker mentioned is normal ! The toilet seats were broken - the lid falls on your back when you sit on the seat, the shower handle was broken - we had to struggle to switch between shower and bidet hand shower, the AC was horrible ! Too noisy and the fan automatically restarts even when set to quiet mode, it kept us awake the first night ! The iron box was broken, The TV was not good, was difficult to control and did not connect to video steaming device ! Overall apart from the person we contacted the first day and before the booking, everything else was below average and not worth for 300+ euros a night ! Probably the location is one reason for high price but the property experience itself was not worth the price

very nice property. location is absolute prime for Oia. if you want to be in the main place, this is the place for you. everything about this stay was amazing and on top of it all. very helpful, for us though we personally would like a less busy area and next time would stay out of Oia as it’s very hectic and touristy. amazing sunsets and very tidy

the hot tub needs a cover as it is too hot to go into.

Amazing location right in the heart of Oia, super beautifully decorated, great views and hot tub was sweet too. Most importantly Christina and Ismael were fantastic. They went above and beyond to decorate the room nicely since we were coming for our honeymoon and were responsive and helpful throughout.

Everything was very beautiful. The hotel is centrally located, the blue domes are 1 minute from here. The staff was very very helpful for everything. ❤️

The private hot tub/jacuzzi is not too private unfortunately, because of the rooftop restaurants, and bars in the area. We hoped that the temperature of the jacuzzi could be set colder, but unfortunately it was not possible, so we could only enjoy it after sunset, but it was still very enjoyable.
