Lovely hotel with really helpful staff

Lovely hotel, helpful staff. Nice to be collected from the ferry (I hadn’t realised this was part of the service). Bathroom was excellent. The pool is great and bougainvillea is even better than the pictures. What a fab location - just walk 2 minutes from the hotel for stunning night skies. We went for a little walk and the stars and Milky Way were fantastic. 5 minute walk to the beach and lots of wonderful tavernas.

The kitchen equipment was in need of attention - we had one teaspoon and only one huge saucepan with a handle falling off. The kitchen area wasn’t super-clean.

It was my first time here and I will definitely return. The property is wonderful. The room is very clean and fragrant. The pool is wonderful. The property is in a great location. The staff is very helpful. The owner is very helpful. She picked me up from the ferry and dropped me back. I highly recommend this hotel. Arthur from Poland.

The facilities are only basic, 30 years old, with bathrooms hopefully renovated. There is nothing reminding of a boutique hotel. The breakfast was terrible and overpriced (10 euro per person). The pool is only 1.3 meters deep so not appropriate for swimming. The hotel is located at the suburbs of the village, 10 minutes walking from the beach, thus it is over-priced when compared to the beautiful hotels or rooms at the beach. Last but not least: upon check out, they forced us to give a "10", explaining that a "9" or "8" does not work for them. What a shame! Can only recommend people to avoid it as non value for money option.

The pick-up and drop-off service was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The receptionist was especially kind and gave us great tips for exploring the island. The pool service is excellent—perfect for relaxing and staying cool when you don’t feel like going to the beach, and it’s a rare feature to find on the island. The hotel is just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. The bed was very comfortable, and the room itself was cozy and well-equipped.

Fabulous hotel/apartments in Tilos. Beautiful, spacious, well equipped rooms with gorgeous modern bathrooms. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are fantastic. Tilos Mare was recommended to us and we have not been disappointed. It is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in during our 30+ years travelling to Greece. It is a 5 minute walk to the central Square and 6/7 minute walk to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel

Excellent service

Beautiful place (we loved the beautiful view near the pool, with all the flowers in bloom), nice and clean rooms and an impeccable host. She was the absolute kindest and made fun and nice suggestions. She even brought us from and to the port on our first and last day. Most definitely recommend!

I can’t think of anything!

It’s a very nice hotel located a short walk from the town centre. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful we were picked up at the ferry port and dropped back to catch the ferry after our stay for free.

The kettle wouldn’t turn off automatically once boiled, No English TV channels, also it’s not soundproofed .

The staff was really nice and did everything the could to make us feel welcome. Big room.

The room was nice and big, but we had a leaking pipe under the kitchen zink, and water from the bathroom was somehow dripping through the wall and into the bedroom everytime we flushed the toilet. We had a towel on the floor to soak up the water and we tried to explain it to the staff - hopefully the fix it before renting out the room again. The balcony in the family room is really small - smaller than the ones in the double rooms.

The hotel was centrally located, which was very convenient. The pool was lovely and perfect for the kids – we really enjoyed spending time there. All of the hotel staff were incredibly kind and did everything they could to make our stay as enjoyable as poss
