How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Verified reviewThe property is very welcoming and offers a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport. We had a wonderful stay and were greeted with kindness and professionalism. Our last night in Athens couldn’t have gone better — we had dinner by the sea at a fantastic restaurant, and they even took us there with their shuttle service. Highly recommended if you have an early flight, as it’s very close to the airport.

Verified reviewLocated close to airport, it provided the perfect location to rest up after travelling for 24 hours from Australia. The shuttle bus worked without an issue allowing an easy and stress free overnight stay before travelling on early the next day. Set around an olive and fruit grove the room was spacious and clean. We decided to have a light dinner at the hotel and the Greek salad was superb. Would recommend to anyone overnighting in Athens on their European holiday.

Overall very positive experience. Only minor issues the presence of mosquitos (I guess inevitable on the ground floor) and the lack of non-blackout curtains to offer some privacy while allowing some natural light into the room.

Verified reviewThe hotel is in an excellent location near Athens airport. We arrived in the middle of the night. The instructions to access the room of the hotel were very clear. There was a breakfast basket waiting in our room. We enjoyed the contents of the basket. Then a staff member brought us another one. We told her we had already eaten one, but she insisted we take some more drinks etc for our journey. The room was spotlessly clean. The jet shower was amazing.
It is confusing to find the location of the hotel. The first time I entered the post code given on Booking.com into Google and we followed that route. However, it took us to the seafront. We then clicked on the address link within our booking confirmation on Booking.com and followed that route. This time we arrived at the hotel location. The owners need to amend the address information on their listing on Booking.com to show the accurate information.

Small quiet hotel, This Comfort Stay Hotel also had a free shuttle /taxi service too and back for the airport and took a well placed good, Greek recommended restaurant, so no worries or taxi expenses for these locations while staying there. The staff were very thoughtful and helpful, the room, comfortable as the name suggests.

Verified reviewThe room itself was not bad. We stayed for one night and that was enough for all we needed. Their was not food available, not even the vending machines, the receptionist was nice enough to make us a pizza. However, it seemed like it really put her out to do so.
The room included a shuttle to and from the airport. The driver that picked us up took over 40 min to get us. This booking came across as a hotel but it was an apartment. We needed to eat that night. I wouldn't have picked an apartment since we were staying just one night. The driver that took us to the airport was beyond rude, an insane driver and threw luggage so hard into the truck that I had to tell my kids to duck down so they didn't get hit. There were several times throughout our short stay we contimplated going somewhere else, but we decided to just stick it out. However, after the drive back to the airport, I wish we would have done that as the ride put my family in extreme danger.

Airport shuttle is convenient, but if you don't have phone service in Greece, remember to ask for the whatsapp number upfront before you land as messages on this platform aren't monitored regularly (you call the place when you land, no upfront arrangement).
Firstly, this is not an Airpirt hotel. It is 21 km away and is more like a bed and breakfast on a private property - the photos are misleading. Secondly, there aren't many staff members and are spread too thin when they are busy. This was unfortunately the case when we stayed there as we had to remind them about our food order which eventually came 2.5 hours later but ended up being different to what we ordered and it didn't even include the ingredients indicated on the menu. Of course, they apologized and did offer to correct the order, but we were too tired to wait, so they refunded us for the meal.
