We had a dream holiday here! Gianni, the owner, is an exceptional guy and for sure our holiday wouldn't have been the same without him and his kindness. He is doing his business with his heart, he cares and he helps a lot with many useful information. We are proud to have met him and call him our friend. The rooms are very clean and equipped with all the necessary things, the coffee is delicious, the terrace is cozy and you can also have a romantic date there. The Toroni Alpha Studios are in a quiet place and from the terrace upstairs you have a nice view of the greenery surrounding the blue house. Also it is near the beach (3-4 minutes by walk), the supermarket and great tavernas to eat at. We will for sure come back ❤

The apartment was great. The host, Gianni was very helpfull, he sent us suggestions to which beach to go, based on winds and weather. The place has parking nearby. All in all it met all of our expectations. We will return here.

Excellent place to stay in. Beautiful rooms, very nice terrace, exceptional cleaning. Everything you can imagine you can need in your vacation you will find there: coffee, coffee machine, tea, very well equipped kitchen, smart TV, air conditioner, barbecue place and utensils etc. We received souvenirs and great indications about where to go and what to visit. 280 meters walk to the beach. Friendliest host. Totally recommend it! :)

Cozy, comfortable and homey rooms with superfast internet and equipped with all one needs. The quality control corresponds to the one of a 5-star hotel. Very clean and modern yet not cold or sterile. Last but not least – Gianni and his staff that will great you with a smile and will make you feel as if you were the most special guests in the property. His advices concerning local goods, sights, tracks and trails were a great bonus to our wonderful stay there. He was definitely our local guide too. Grazie mille! A presto!

Gianni and Dora are wonderful hosts! They took care of everything that you could imagine - from issues about the apartment to where to stay or to eat. They gave us advises day for day in advance, аccording to the weather conditions, recommended nice places to visit or to have lunch or dinner. You can count on their help about anything you need. In the apartment itself you feel at home. You have everything you need for your comfort and most of it is in the small details. It is very clean, you have comfortable beds, beach umbrellas, own WiFi connection, new smart TV, kitchen utensils, mosquito repellent devices... Anything you could think or would have wished for. If you want to make a worry-free vacation in Toroni, this is your place.

It's not that bad, but the apartment is close to a church bell tower, so if there is an event in the church you will hear it loud and clear. It's only for a short period of time though.

The facility is located in the hearth of Toroni, close to the beach, but yet, far enough from the noise. It is somewhere in the middle between the main street in Toroni and the regional road which is very convenient. The apartment is new and very clean, it has a private bathroom, a small kitchen with cooking equipment, a balcony, a smart TV, an air conditioner, a safe, a coffee machine and a private WiFi for each room. The room cleaning is done every 3 days. Gianni is probably the best host you can wish for. He's very kind and thoughtful, he also recommended the best beaches for the day (depending on on the weather conditions in the region) and places we should visit. On the last day Gianni also let us stay a bit after our check out time, so we can go to the beach and take a shower afterwards.

Absolutely everything was perfect, we had everything we needed for a stay at the sea. (microwave, coffe machine, towels, android tv, perfect wi-fi, dinner set, toaster and a welcome gift of wine and water) And you have your own parking space.

Everything was perfect! The accommodation is near the see and the market. It has a parking lot for every room. Our room was so lovely and clean. We had everything we needed, in the kitchen and the bathroom. We had beautiful terrace with flowers. The owner, Gianni, is the best host we ever had. He welcomed us with local wine, and on the end he gave us goodbye gift. Everyday he sent us recommendations where to go and where to eat. :) We will definitely come again next year to stay here :)

Nothing. It is a perfect place

Stylish apartment with good renovation. There is a small but fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare your own meals. There was also a capsule Nespresso coffee machine in the room to enjoy delicious coffee in the morning on the cozy terrace. I agree with other comments that Gianni is an incredible host. He made our stay as comfortable as possible. We are really grateful to him for everything

We stayed at TORONI ALPHA STUDIOS No. 5 for 10 days at the beginning of September 2022. The studio, although not big, had all the necessary amenities - a comfortable large bedroom, bedside tables and lamps with plugs, an office table, a kitchenette with a double stove, toaster, kettle, microwave , mini coffee stove, refrigerator, utensils, spices, coffee, tea, comfortable bathroom with toilet and shower, bed linen, towels, alarm system for cleaning... We admired the sea, the mountains, the full moon on the large roof terrace , where, in addition to places to relax, there are all the amenities for a barbecue. We enjoyed the unobtrusive attention and warm care of Gianni, who advised us about the suitable beach for the day according to the weather and winds, a cozy restaurant with good cuisine, the best cafe and beach bar, taverns with Greek specialties, for seafood and fish, nice ice cream, supermarkets. He informed us intelligently with a sense of humor about the weather, suitable areas and beaches for the day and possible entertainment on the west or east side of Sithonia, opportunities for walks, trips around, fishing, but also fish shops if it fails. He even offered us beach umbrellas and sunbeds. And when the grandchildren would visit us, he provided a baby crib in the room for use. Thank you very much, indeed, Gianni. We will definitely go again

Mr. Gianni is vey kind person. Every day we received a good recommendation for a beach and tavern. The room was very clean and there is everything that you need. Everything is very close - the beach, the market or the tavern. The place is very quiet. There is a big parking for 7 cars. Strongly recommended.

If you are thinking about booking a stay here just do it! Gianni, the host, is an amazing person and an amazing host. We had car problems when we arrived, he came to pick us up and all of our stuff, took us to an apartment explained everything, gave us water coffee and vine on arrival. He was so kind to keep the communication between us and the mechanic until our car was fixed. He gave us great suggestions for the beaches, for the restaurants and for locations to see and visit. Really the best host I have ever had! The apartment it self is also amazing, it is brand new. It has a lot of features, all modern and new. Every apartment has its own internet and wi-fi, which you can turn off and on how ever you like, and the connection and speed are very very good, the best one I had so far. Rooms are clean and fresh, bathroom is spacious and the water pressure is amazing, and you can really enjoy your stay here.

There`s nothing I didn`t like.

The location is about 100m from the main street in Toroni. Nice and quiet with a parking space. The room was well equipped with everything we needed. The bed and the bathroom are also great.
