Kostas morning & noon service & company, swimming pool garden

It was quietly tucked away from the Mainroad but close enough to walk to restaurants, bus stops or amenities. The staff were what really made the stay special. They consistently went above and beyond each day we visited to help with anything we had questions about, including car rental, finding decent restaurants for dinner, how to get to town, booking taxi transfer and especially helping when we forgot an item in the storage room and had to taxi back on the day we left. The breakfast was hearty and filling. The residence was consistently clean and they have so many great plans to expand on the hotel moving forward. It was overall a great stay that we felt valued as guests, we highly recommend this to anyone wanting to visit Rhodes while still having some peace of mind in a little homey sanctuary.

Pros: the manager is very amicable and attentive.

Cons: the structure looks tired, from the rooms to the pool side. The potential is there but a general refreshment wouldn't hurt. Fair breakfast, not too much choice.

Swimming pool, fancy sun beds, bar by the pool, good music, surrounded by nature and private area away from the Main Street, room with a balcony and hand painted wall design. Garden area outside the balcony. Close to the beach, shops, spa’s and gym.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Stav, the property manager, is extremely friendly and helpful. He gave us a warm welcome and provided us with lots of information about the options both inside and outside the hotel. He was always available for questions and, above all, a very pleasant person. The hotel owner was also frequently present. The breakfast was excellently prepared. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation. The rooms are clean, the pool is at the perfect temperature and is maintained daily. Even the sunbeds are cleaned every day and provided with fresh towels. Truly a hotel we highly recommend!

I went on holiday alone for the first time, and thanks to all the hotel staff, the owner Thanos, and Havva, I never felt lonely. The hotel’s location, facilities, and cleanliness were all perfect. I definitely recommend it. Have fun in advance! 🌺

I want to say big Thank You to the hotel management - nice room, good breakfast, clean pool. 15 min with bus from airport with bus, 10min on foot. Quite place, green area.

Really gorgeous location ! Very peaceful & close to a beach / Rhodes town. The pool was really nice with comfy sun loungers. The rooms were clean with really nice bathrooms/showers. The staff were the best ! Helped us with everything including organising a rental car for us. The food was delicious. Such a lovely place would definitely visit again !! :)

Breakfast was cold, every day. I went down every day at 8.30am. Looked good but, cold.

The shower was a joke. No, tv, no hairdryer and no kettle.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Trees Art Hotel & Suites in Rhodes from June 18 to 21, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. What truly made my stay exceptional, though, were the people, especially the owner, whose vision, warmth, and dedication are deeply felt throughout the hotel. It’s clear that this is more than just a business to them—it’s a labor of love. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personal care throughout the stay, the owner’s passion for hospitality shines through. You don’t just feel like a guest here—you feel genuinely valued and cared for. And of course, a special mention must go to Kostas, the incredible bartender who became the heart and soul of our evenings. Kostas is far more than someone who makes drinks; he’s a true artist and a charismatic host. His cocktails were exceptional—creative, beautifully balanced, and always served with a smile and a great story to tell. He brought laughter, warmth, and a sense of connection that made every night feel magical. Trees Art Hotel & Suites is a place I’ll remember not just for its beauty and comfort, but for the people who made it feel like home. I’m already looking forward to returning, where I know I’ll be greeted with familiar smiles, heartfelt hospitality, and a cocktail from Kostas that hits just right.

Super location , close to plenty of lovely restaurants. Staff really helpful and friendly , nothing was too much trouble . Beautiful pool area and so relaxing . Will definitely return .

There is a busy road beside the place, and it feels a bit noisy sometimes.

Genuinely the best hotel me and my boyfriend have ever stayed in I can’t recommend it enough. Stav, the owner, was the friendliest, kindest, most accommodating, genuine man, and so was the rest of the guys that run the place. They all made such an effort to make sure we had the most incredible week. We really felt at home here which is the best feeling for when you’re staying somewhere new. When we arrived we instantly were welcomed in, we arrived late and Stav gave us drinks and ordered us a takeaway straight away which was honestly so kind. I lost some headphones whilst I was there and Stav helped me and my boyfriend search for them which was so lovely of him considering he is a busy man. One night no taxis would pick us up so we messages Stav to ask what we should do and without hesitation he offered to come and pick us up, he really is the kindest man!! As well as this, the bedroom was so lovely, comfy bed, great shower and bathroom and a cleaner came every day! The pool area was unreal, very clean and tidy. Overall, this hotel is fantastic and we cannot wait to return next year!!!!

This property was a bait and switch. The pictures and rating were top, but the room was awful. I really don’t know how the rating is so high.

Bed was comfortable

My stay at this hotel was just okay. Unfortunately, there were frequent spider sightings in the room, and dirty towels were never changed during my stay. The toilet wasn’t clean when I arrived, which was disappointing. While most of the staff were friendly, I’ve experienced much warmer hospitality in Greece before. The rooms were also quite cold at night. Perhaps things run more smoothly during the high season, but for the price I paid, I expected better.

I had a wonderful stay, amazing staff, the rooms were lovely, clean ,bright and comfortable. Large pool area and sun beds to relax on.
