Dear Anggelicazoe, Thank you for providing your feedback. We are glad to hear that you found our pool and lobby well kept and that our staff was decent. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We are, however, very sorry to hear that your stay was not what you had hoped for. We understand that our location, being in a more peaceful and quiet area, may not be suitable for all travelers, especially those who prefer to be closer to the lively beaches and busy restaurants. Our hotel's setting is intentionally designed to offer a more tranquil and relaxing escape and everything regarding the hotelmis posted online. We are sorry for the issues you experienced with parking, which we are continuously working to improve but it comes as a surprise to us as the last years we have made sure that there is a spot for each of our guests, it may not be exactly outside of their suite. We are especially concerned to hear about the weird, stuffy smell in your room and the shower door. Please accept our apologies, as this is certainly not the standard we uphold, and we will be looking into this immediately and we would have dealt with it immediately had you informed us prior to your departure. We also understand that our open-plan bathroom design may not be ideal for all guests, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your comments are invaluable as they help us to better understand the expectations of our guests. We hope that despite the issues you faced, you were still able to enjoy some aspects of your trip.
