Excellent property! Very quiet, close to Oia hotspots and not so many steps. Location is the best if you are planning to spent quality time in Oia. Staff was excellent and professional. Premium amenities.

We liked the property because it was very spacious. This is a great place to spend time with your loved one. There was a wide amount of high quality amenities and Morfo ( the person in charge of the villas) was very helpful but above all a very nice person. She treated us like family. She was always very attentive. She recommended places to see around the island and a couple of good restaurants. She told us a spot to go watch the sunset which is a must if you’re staying at 21 suites. She went above and beyond and outside her normal schedule to fix our A/C when it stopped working

We liked everything but it would be great if there’s an option to include breakfast with the reservation.

Based on what I booked and the price, I was expecting to have our own outdoor pool. It was a semi-private pool with 2 other pools in the rooms next door. This needs to be made clearer in each ad.

There was a very bad septic smell that over came our room when the spa was left on. We had to turn it off and not use it.

we were lucky as we seemed to be the only people there. However, if others were there the outdoor pool space isn’t as private as we hoped. Essentially 3 pools next to each other. Having said that, we had it to ourself and it was great.

Went on my honeymoon. Everything about this place was exceptional, the room was excellent with that cosy cave feel, with an indoor jacuzzi and the room was cleaned daily by the host Morpho, who was super helpful and friendly. The view from the pool/chill areas were breathtaking both day and night around the apartment. A nice, short walk to the centre of Oia which was lit up at night and looked stunning. I would 100% recommend and would definitely go back. The bus is only €2 to Fira (15 min journey) if your after a more lively night out :)

An incredible cave like room in a great location! Trust me, you do not want a room in the heart of oia. Tourists are trying to take pictures in every crevice of the town they can get to. And Lugging your luggage through the tourists and winding paths is not the way to go. Each of the rooms comes with its own outdoor heated pool with the most beautiful view. The host was very knowledgeable and helpful! The facilities were very clean and managed well.

The WiFi at night was spotty.

The hot tub inside our room was amazing.

The property couldn’t have been in a better location, just a bit outside the main centre but the views were to die for. The room was very spacious and you felt at home. Everything was clean and tidy and our host morpho was always asking us if we needed our room cleaned which was very kind.

My only concern was the hot tub and jacuzzi, the jacuzzi wasn’t strong enough as you would’ve thought it would be but it was still nice. The hot tub on the outside could’ve been a bit more hotter, as the whole purpose is to be hot and relaxing.

Slightly out of the main tourist hub which makes it quiet and peaceful. Still walking distance to central Oia and shops/restaurants.

My husband and I could not be more happy about this decision when we came to Oia for a race! We were extra spoiled with the view and the room. Being in a "cave" helped keep out a lot of the noise that can happen in any city on a Friday night. There's no breakfast but it is close to everything from restaurants to a market where food can be bought to keep in the room. We preferred this to help make things a little more affordable during our stay. You can't find better service than Morpho offers- she is knowledgeable, motivated, helpful and down to earth. We are grateful for our time here and think you will be too.
