How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Couple of issues that could’ve been better. Room was clean but bathroom needs repairs & maintenance. Shower drain cover was full of gunk and didn’t sit flush in drain so you had to keep it loose so water could drain, and this allowed sewage smell to be constantly present in bathroom, and room. No handsoap for bathroom sink. Had to buy our own. Only 3 sachets of shower gel/shampoo provided. No tea towel for kitchenette sink. No tea/coffee facilities. Needed to ask for blanket and TV remote. Had to search for top sheet and make bed ourselves. Closing/locking room door was tricky. Housekeeping only made bed, didn’t provide fresh towels or clean the bathroom or kitchen sink. Managers were helpful & resolved issues when we asked but we shouldn’t have had to ask in the first place. These should be taken care of already.

Verified reviewThe staff were nice, lovely dudes; the resort has a pool and parking(in the sun). The area is very nice, next to the airport and next to the beach and GREAT GREAT LOCAL RESTAURANTS!!! I whole heartedly recommend The Olive Tree restaurant!!! The moussaka was great there and there is some other gyros wrap spot nearby with incredibly low prices
The room wasnt kinda cleaaannn!! I mean the bedsheets were changed with clean ones but the shower was full of hair, the sink had hair on it, the towels seemed to be taken from some other hotel…

But you didnt mention that you came early in the morning to our hotel and we had a new large apartment with 2 rooms available for you, that you had booked a simple studio and in what condition you left it.for a few hours that you stayed. Verified reviewTwo brothers is in a perfect location, not far from the strip, but nice and quiet at night. Close enough for a short walk to the beach. We had 4 rooms (3 on top floor and 1 on the bottom) and all the rooms were modern and very clean, the cleaners were lovely and topped everything up daily with the towels and beds changed on the 3rd day. We had no issues or problems, air conditioning was great. Rooms have basic amenities, hair dryer (although we brought our own) pot & pans, cutlery, glasses, plates, bowls, couple of mugs, everything you need. Pool was cleaned regularly and was lovely to end the day in to cool down. There were 8 of us altogether and none of us had one bad word to say. Would definitely recommend. A lovely family run place.

Verified reviewThe food was very good but limited the location is very good the pool area is excellent but with limited shade and sunbeds.
We only had hot water 2 nights out of 10 terrible when you need to wash oil off 30% and no hot water shocking. We only had 1 cooking ring 1 gigantic stew pan and 1 frying pan couldnt even boil an egg we dont really expect much and have never once complained before and probably would not have this time had it not been for the shower and that We are both pensioners and requested a ground floor and was put on the 2nd floor

I would like to remind you that in the reservation you made, it was written that you want a room on the ground floor or on the 2nd floor.I am also sending you what exactly you wrote in the request when you made the reservation (Because we are pensioners we would like a ground floor if possible please if not maybe the second floor. Thank you.)and we put you on the first floor because there was no room available either on the ground floor or on the second floor as you wrote in request.In our accommodation there are rooms on the ground floor which is the pool area on the first floor where you stayed and the second floor which was above the room you stayed.As for the hot water you say, I can remind you that you came to the reception and you told us that you don't have hot water and we went to the room together, I turned on the tap and the hot water came and you told me it was unbelievable and you apologized because you made a mistake and turned on the tap from the opposite side where the frozen water flows. Verified reviewThe studio was beautiful and very clean. I did not get a chance to use the pool, since I only stayed for a night, but it looked amazing, with very comfortable sunbeds! The host was very accommodating and helped me through a problem with a taxi driver. Great hospitality and exceptional behavior from all the staff!
