Bed a bit soft for my taste and my back !

Very nice place. We could let our bag safety to wait for the room as we arrived early. The room was clean nice and comfortable. Very nice view. A little bit of noise at night but the window was efficient as soundproof and the AC work fine.

There was nothing to dislike

The room was lovely and clean and had everything you needed. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was great. Lovely little balcony , just big enough for two, overlooking the sea and port. The staff were great and we were able to leave our luggage there while we waited for the room to be ready. The room was cleaned everyday and there was even an out side drying area for your clothes. Downstairs there was a little courtyard with sitting for everyone to use. Can not fault this guesthouse at all. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous stay at uncle John's. Zoe and her staff are so lovely and welcoming. Our room was immaculately clean. Uncle John's is in a perfect position for Skopelos town as it's on the beach and not hesitate in booking again for our next trip to Skopelos. Bravo Zoe! 👏👏👏

Location great just off town centre, sitting and people watching on the little veranda. Hosts were lovely and friendly, the place exceptionally clean and well kept. Would stay again. 👍

One improvement would be to provide small sachet of milk as we had to have the coffee black. Only a short seat so no point buying milk

The property was in an excellent position and the decor was clean and modern. We could not have asked for more - tea coffee provided, toiletries, host was lovely, bag storage. Would 100% recommend Uncle Johns Guesthouse

We like everything about Uncle John’s Guesthouse. The owner was amazing, so responsive and so helpful. They are just nice, good people. The guesthouse is exactly as described on their website. The location is a 10. The room is clean, bright and very comfortable.

Well, there is none But just so there is something for the non-believers 😁 If you are a light sleeper the morning ferry may wake you up, but only with the window open 😊 With the blinds down it is quiet 👌

The place definitely exceeded our expectations in absolutely all respects! LOCATION - perfect - a few steps from the ferry, bus stop, taxis. Close to the promenade and all shops and restaurants. VIEW- great, a step from the beach across the street. The beach in front is shallow, sandy and with crystal clear water. There are umbrellas against consumption. ACCOMODATION - I don't know where to start, 10 out of 10 💙 The owners and staff are great, incredibly kind and attentive and responsive to every whim 😍 Communication - perfect. ROOM - tiny, but absolutely sufficient for a couple, organized and arranged excellently and with a lot of taste and flair. You feel right at home. The bed is big and comfortable. BATHROOM - is small, but comfortable, and with everything you need, incl. toiletries and towels. Cleanliness - I have rarely come across such a clean, but very clean place, including the common areas are sparkling and you can even walk barefoot (tested, as I did my morning workouts on the common terrace 😍 The balcony is small, but it's ok for two, especially with this view! The clothes dryers are very wisely placed on the common terrace with the room number, clever ;💙 I'm probably missing something, but whatever else you can think of - it will be 10. They even put up blinds outside during the day so it doesn't get too hot, truly unique hosts !!! I will definitely recommend the place and I hope we come again! Thank you!!! There is no hand rail on the stairs.

We stayed here for 4 nights in June. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with great views out to sea. It is centrally located with the town centre, bus terminal and ferry port being only a 2 min walk away. There is no meal option at this accommodation, but there is a kettle, coffee machine, and fridge in the room. The tiny balcony has 2 chairs and a small table and has a great view over the sea. There is a supermarket on the corner and a great little taverna on the street directly behind the apartments. It serves local dishes at a very reasonable price and has live Greek music. Just be aware it is very busy, so you may have to wait for a table, but well worth it. Across the road in front of the apartments, there is direct access into the sea, but no real beach, and although water is clear, be aware it does get 'wash' from the ferries. The bus service around the island is good, with regular service to all beaches and attractions, costing between 2 - 5€ per person depending on destination. All the main beaches are on the west coast. However, we found a hidden gem in Glysteri beach, just north of Skopelos town. It has one taverna, which was not expensive and food was lovely. Sunloungers cost 15€. Buses do not run to this beach; taxi cost 15€ or it is reachable by car, moped, or quad. Uncle John's Guesthouse is perfect for those wanting to have easy access to all that Skopelos has to offer. Highly recommend.

This was our third stay in Uncle Johns guesthouse and as usual it was perfect! 🤩 the room is spotlessly clean, well equipped, modern and in a central seafront location. Could not ask for anymore, we would not stay anywhere else in Skopelos. Already planning our fourth mother and daughter trip!

Fantastic location in Skópelos town opposite the town beach. We literally rolled off the ferry and arrived there within 1 minute. There was a supermarket on the corner and Uncle Johns was a few doors down. Beautifully designed, immaculately clean and wanted for nothing. Great WiFi, great shower, and great air con, kettle and coffee machine provided. Place to dry wet towels and beachwear at the top of the steps Stunning view of Skopelos town from the balcony which although a little small was adequate We would definitely recommend and stay here again. Perfect location for everything town has to offer and to get out and about round the island. Free parking nearby at the port or past the hotel further down the road both a minute or two walk. We were lucky to get a spot on the road outside the hotel every day.

Super clean, very comfortable stay close to bars, restaurants, ferry and bus stop. The little balcony was a bonus for morning coffees and drinks in the afternoon. Would absolutely stay here again.
