We just come back from Ms Mina’s vacation house and I already miss it! The house is spacious and very clean, much more beautiful than the photos! It’s located on a hill over Vari Bay, which we believe is the best beach in Syros. It’s only 5-7minutes walking distance to the vacation house. Ms Mina prepared EVERYTHING for her guests, really everything!!!! From all kinds of coffee, snacks, drinks to even oil, pasta to cook! From shampoo to tooth brush tooth paste to beach towels, etc… she prepared more than a 5 star hotel would provide for its guests!!! Ms Mina is really thoughtful and kind and caring to make sure her guest would have a carefree and relaxing holiday! On the terrace we had wonderful nights to observe the galaxy and we saw many shooting stars!!! Overall, this is the kind of vacation house you don’t want to miss and to be honest, we don’t even wanna go out because it’s so beautiful and comfortable in this lovely vacation house!!! Thank you Ms Mina we enjoyed so much!!!

This villa is insane. Miss Mina is the sweetest and offers 5-star treatment. I have never see an accomodation with this many amenities, I think there’s more than at my house ! Washing machine with washing powder, boxes of shampoo, external shower, huge sofas, hot tub with bubble soap, beach towels, hammoc, 3 terasses, … The cleaning is done until there is not one speck of dust left, the whole house smelled of flowers. It is better if you have a car for the groceries but we were fine without one. We took the bus. Really , this stay was the best one i’ve ever had

Owner was already at the property waiting for us, as pre-arranged. Passed on the keys, showed us the property, amenities and provided advice for nearby area. The house had a lot of very high standard amenities, it was in a immaculate condition.

I guess we are not used to not flushing the toilet paper down the toilet.

Location was superb for relaxing. The host, Mina, was especially attentive and wanted to please at all times. There was food and drink provided on our arrival which was very much appreciated. Easily connected to the capital Ermopouli by bus. Hiring a scooter motor bike completed the picture.

Honestly there is nothing not to like this place is paradise on earth with the best hosts!

What can I say about this home and the wonderful Mrs Mina, we stayed in Syros island for our Destination Wedding for 9 nights. We were welcomed by Mrs Mina and her lovely husband Mr Stratis at 23:00, they opened their beautyfully decorated home for us, they stocked the refrigirator eith breakfast goodies, softdrinks, wines, water,milk, juices, shotbreads,jams, all sorts of coffee and many many more. The house was spotless clean and located in the most beautyful and serene spot of Vari. Even the bedrooms and the bathrooms were fully stocked with amything one needs for their stay. Next time we will take only our clothes 😄. We could never get enough of our balcony view day or night. This amazing woman came again before the wedding to prepare and decorate the house for the wedding, she made us feel really welcome and enhanced our alredy unforgetable experience for our wedding day and for our entire stay. 🩷 Mrs Mina is an angel and she will always be in our hearts!!! All was just perfect!

This was one of the best appartment we’ve ever stayed! We were exceptionally welcomed by Mrs. Mina (the owner) who has introduced this excellent, super clean and fully eqipped appartment to us! She has prepared food and drinks for us in an amoumt we will survive on those for a few days, this was very attentive! The apparťent was like our real home (you can find everything there, wifi good as well as smart tv, etc.) and the view was just amazing! Location was excellent to explore the island as well as the capital was easily reachable. If we travel back to beautiful Syros we will stay again with Mrs. Mina, just do the same!! Thank you so much Mina again!

We would say the kitchen itself was a little run down but other than this, it was really well stocked with all sorts of equipment.

We really enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and in the spacious lounge areas of this apartment. Its wonderful views over Vari and the Med were just awesome as well. The hosts also provided so many added extras and food/toiletry supplements to make our stay really comfortable from the get-go.

The decoration is pretty dated and feels old fashioned. The 5 min walk up the hill from the beach is a little challenging but it’s only short and by the end of our stay it wasn’t so hard.

The size. It’s roomy for 4 Adults. The views from the balcony/deck are fabulous. Lots of places to sit and read and relax to get out of the sun. The host was super friendly and generous with her supplies of goodies. And you have everything you need to cook. The host also helped us with taxis. It’s close to a choice of beaches and even without a car it was easy to catch the bus.

Very short but steep uphill road and driveway to get there. No problem if your car is in good shape.

Very big apartment with large private Terrace. Ms. Mina, the landlord, was exceptionally helpful, accommodating and gracious. The apartment was fully equipped with all utilities and appliances. All closets and drawers were full with everything you may need. Amazing views from the terrace and the kitchen and two beautiful beaches (vari and achladi), both 8 minute walk from the apartment. Very clean apartment and everything was a good quality (sheets, towels etc). Highly recommend
