The view is stunning. Amazing location. Very spacious and clean. The house is "airy" with a nice breeze coming from the windows (so although there are airconditions in all the rooms you do not even need them). I will definitely stay again.

One of those stays when you feel like home 😍 The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, and filled with natural light. Everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It’s perfect option for big family or stay with friends. The private rooftop terrace is the highlight — with stunning sea views. The location is perfect: just a short walk to the beach, with shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back! ❤️

Great location along the Athenian Riviera coastline. Parking spot included. The host is phenomenal, hospitable, and communicative. Will stay again. Large rooftop terrace with chaise lounge chairs and a large dining table and chairs with a beautiful 360 view of the landscape and water and sunset!!! The living room and two bedrooms below also share a balcony/terrace with an equally beautiful view. This condo is a gem!

Our family of five throughly enjoyed our stay at George's apartment. He was incredibly helpful in getting us settled and even recommended a few local places to check out. The view is incredible and the location is great for finding everything you need close by. Our two oldest children stayed upstairs and enjoyed having their own space. George even brought some brand new recliners for the patio area during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The property and the whole experience is absolutely fantastic. We booked the property for an entire week, with the purpose of being as closed as possible to the beach where a triathlon competition was held. Te communication with the host was great, he answered immediately for all my questions and was very punctual for the meeting agreement. The property is stunning, with a perfect position, close to the beach, the supermarket, the restaurants and coffee shops. It has everything you need and much more(like washing machine or dishwasher), and it is very very clean, but above anything is the view from the terrace and the private roof, which is better than the pictures.

Facilities are a little dated, but not a problem. Reviews complaining about this are unjustified unless rate is 2x what it is.

Location Location Location. The place is located in a quite street overlooking the sea. Apartment on the 4th floor with an elevator. 2 double bedrooms a full bath and an extra toilet. Very spacious living room with a dining are. A fully equipped kitchen. A balcony with amazing views , reachable from the 2 bedrooms and from the living room. A loft bedroom on the upper floor with a double and single beds.+ on suite bathroom, witha very large rooftop terrace with an amazing view of the sea. All the conaction with our host George was answerd quickly and informativly . We will definitely come back.

The only minor drawback was that some furniture appeared a bit outdated or in need of replacement. Nonetheless, this did not detract from the overall charm and comfort of the penthouse.

Our stay at the penthouse in Greece was nothing short of spectacular! The two-level accommodation was not only spotlessly clean but also impressively well-furnished, making it a true home away from home. The fully-equipped kitchen had all the amenities we needed, allowing us to prepare meals with ease. However, what truly stole our hearts was the breathtaking view! The top-level penthouse, complete with a generous terrace, was like finding gold. The panoramic vistas of the harbour were simply mesmerizing, and the nights spent under the stars while dining were magical. During our visit amidst a heatwave, the air conditioning provided a pleasant and comfortable temperature throughout our stay. Clean towels and sheets were a thoughtful touch that made us feel pampered. George, the host, was an absolute gem! Being born in New York and raised in Greece, he possessed a wealth of knowledge about the town. His numerous recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and clubs were spot-on and added an extra dimension to our experience. Moreover, the convenience of guaranteed parking space and an elevator (on the 4th floor) made our stay hassle-free and added to the overall positive experience. We can wholeheartedly recommend this penthouse for an amazing stay in Greece.

The view from the top terrace is absolutely amazing! Apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is very spacious for a group of friends/big family and has perfect location with 5 min walk to the beach and cafes/restaurants. Owner George is very friendly and responsive to any requests via messanger.
