We fully enjoyed our stay at Cal Day Rooms! The room has everything you need and is very nicely furnished. The location is perfect if you want to stay close to the beach and has everything you need in walking distance (markets, quad/bike rentals, breakfast options, bars…) Angelos is a very lovely host. He gave us the best recommendations and is very helpful with literally everything you might need during your stay!! We would come back any time.

We had a wonderful time at Cal Day. We had breakfast 4 times (10€ each), which we ate on our small balcony: scrambled eggs, bread, yoghurt with fresh fruit, coffee, orange juice and pastries! Everything was freshly made and brought to our room in a wooden basket. Angelo was a wonderful host, available at all times and fast to respond to our every request. He even helped us find a transfer from Cal Day to the airport. The position is perfect if you're looking to spend some time at the beach, but it is also close to the bus stop which takes you to Fira. There is also the best tavern in Perissa right next door, and a small 24/7 pastry shop / café. It is right next to a big parking lot and one of the main roads, but the double glass window keeps all the noise (and dust!) out. A/C worked perfectly. Although the bathroom and toilet were a bit cramped, the shower (salty water!) was spacious. The room was cleaned daily, even when we got out later than usual.

Everything was great about the location! The position was perfect, the room was super clean and the attention to every possible detail was outstanding! But Angelos, the owner, is the real difference-maker. He was amazing, helped us from start to finish and made our stay unforgettable. We’ll definitely come back here when we’ll go back to Santorini!

That we couldn’t spend more day in Santorini at Cal Day!!!

I had a wonderful week at Cal Day Rooms Santorini! Our hosts, Angelos and Lina, were truly amazing. Angelos was incredibly attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. He provided us with excellent recommendations for vehicle rentals (car, scooter, or quad) and excursions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Lina’s breakfast was fantastic; generous, tasty, and the perfect way to start the day. Our twin room was well laid out and very comfortable for my friend and me. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. The location in Perissa was also perfect, quieter than Oia or Fira, and very easily accessible by bus or car. The beach was only a 5-minute walk away, with a 24/7 bakery right next door and vehicle rental options just around the corner. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Santorini!

Angelos is a great host. We really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and highly recommend everyone to try it. The sea is within walking distance and it’s beautiful. There is a bus stop near the hotel, and you can reach the city center in 20–30 minutes. We highly recommend it to everyone

Our stay at this charming hotel, just 100 meters from the serene Perissa Beach, was ideal. The room was sleek, modern, and impeccably clean. The homemade breakfast, delivered every morning by the wonderful Angelo, truly felt like paradise. It was so delicious and filling that we didn’t even need lunch! Angelo was an exceptional host—welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His hospitality made us feel right at home. We also rented a buggy in front of the hotel, which made it incredibly easy to explore the entire island

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The room was very clean and meticulously maintained, and the location is perfect for enjoying the beach. The owner arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the airport and also arranged transfers and excursions for the entire trip. The in-room breakfast was a must-try; everything was delicious and fresh. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this beautiful island.

We had an amazing time staying at Cal Day! The room was so cozy and peaceful because of its minimalist design. It was really relaxing. And the place was spotless! The owner is super friendly and always there to help.

We absolutely loved our 6 night stay here! The room was really lovely and clean, and had all the amenities needed. The view from our room and the terrace were stunning - looking straight out onto the mountain. Angelos and his partner were so accommodating and helpful during our whole stay - even allowing us to stay in our room until the evening on the day we were checking out as we had a late evening flight. Would recommend to anyone visiting Santorini and even the whole of Greece!!

Choosing this hotel — you won’t regret it! We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 PM, and Angelos met us right on the street — such a positive, kind, and polite man! He showed us to our room and explained everything in detail. We ordered breakfasts, and let me tell you — they are a true work of art from Angelos. I won’t spoil the surprise — it’s better to see and taste it yourself :) The room is wonderful: clean, quiet, cozy, and full of charm. From our terrace, we have a view of the mountains. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away — pure delight. Right across the street there’s a pastry shop that’s open 24/7. Angelos also recommended us some amazing excursions — don’t hesitate to ask him. I’ve never met a host like this before — only positive emotions! Whatever you need — he always has a solution. Thank you, Angelos :)

We loved everything. Location was great, close to the beach, bars and restaurants. The room was very clean, comfy and just generally great. Balcony was lovely to sit in and people watch. Hosts were amazing, very kind and attentive. Can’t rate highly enough. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend to everyone.

The rooms were cleaned everyday, the property is very close to the beach, shops, bars and bus stop. The staff were very friendly. I would absolutely recommend!

The only downside during our stay was the noise of the drill all day long, from morning until 8pm. As I suffer from migraines, this ruined the times when I needed to sleep a little longer or take a nap during the day.

We were greeted by our host after a delayed flight he was super helpful and recommended somewhere for us to eat. The room was clean and comfortable. The beach was a 5 minute walk away with restaurants and shops. Lovely area. We enjoyed our stay.

Nothing was under perfection

As Santorini is a small island and car rental was cheap, we chose Perissa Beach. Much less busy compared to other places on the island. The location of Cal Day rooms was fantastic, a 5-minute walk to the beach; the best value bar on Santorini, Dorian's, was a 3-minute walk away, and a 24-hour bakery only 50 metres from our room served great coffee and delightful bakery items. Angelos, a young man, owns and manages Cal Day Rooms; he greeted us with a huge smile as we pulled up in the carpark, as he had asked us when we were arriving. He is a perfect example of how someone should run a small accommodation business; nothing was too much trouble. The room was very comfortable; we could not fault anything. Thank you Angelos!

The structure is located a few minutes walk from Perissa beach. The area is quiet with lot of places to eat both inside the town and along the beach. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of the mountains behind. Breakfast was served to us every day in the room and it was a pleasure to wake up with a view, sun and breakfast waiting for us. The breakfast was rich and abundant, Angelos was open to any request we had. The rooms were equipped with everything we needed and the daily cleanliness was excellent. In conclusion it was an excellent choice for us!

Staying at Angelos’ place was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, it felt less like staying in a guesthouse and more like visiting family. Our room was beautifully decorated, clean, and thoughtfully arranged to make us feel at home. Angelos himself was an exceptional host — warm, attentive, and always ready to help. One of the recent additions to the stay is the option to order breakfast in the morning, which we tried one day — and we were genuinely impressed. It was fresh, delicious, and beautifully served. We highly recommend this option, especially if you don’t feel like searching for a breakfast spot or simply want a relaxed start to your day. The location is also excellent. Just a few steps away, you can rent a scooter and easily explore the entire island at your own pace. What’s more, there’s a lovely beach nearby with soft sand and a peaceful atmosphere. Compared to other parts of Santorini, this area feels calm and quiet — a perfect place to relax and unwind, which we truly appreciated. Another big plus: the rooms are cleaned every single day — something we find to be quite rare in this type of accommodation. It truly made a difference and added to the sense of comfort and care. Angelos, we travel a lot, but we’ve never met a host as genuinely kind and dedicated as you. You were there for us at any hour, answering every question with a smile and going above and beyond to make our stay special. If you’re looking for a place to stay on Santorini that combines comfort, authenticity, and heartfelt hospitality — this is it. We would return in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly memorable stay.
