How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Verified reviewThe location is very good - you are almost in the center of most things, 10-15 min walk from the furthest. There is a supermarket nearby. There is a large parking with a lot of parking spots which have sunshade. The balcony of our room was very big. The hotel has personal beach and you can easily enter the sea with a boat or SUP directly. The first night we arrived very late and although the kitchen was closing in 10 minutes, they seated us and gave us a chance to order and eat for dinner, which was a lifesaver. The exterior of the hotel is neatly kept, with beautiful flowers, palms and grass. The young man that was the day shift personnel at the breakfast was keeping the restaurant clean very thoroughly and was very helpful with the guests.
The bed was very small - although it was considered a double size bed, it was more of a person and a half size bed, which was too soft - you just sank in the middle and it was hard to turn on either side of it. The sheets were from synthetic fibers which kept the heat and moisture to you. The maids didn't always bring soap and when you ask at the reception they are not always sure how to help you and tell you to go talk with the maids yourself in the morning, without taking responsibility themselves. The breakfast is buffet-style, but very unvaried, cheap and scarce - I wouldn't recommend taking it. It was all the same every day and even though there were not a lot of rooms that had breakfast included, a lot of the offered things would finish quickly and they wouldn't replace them, therefore you needed to eat what is left. A part of the reception personnel were a little bit unfriendly.

Verified reviewStaff. Breakfast. Italian food, large portion sizes, very tasty. Huge parking. Location.
Doors in the rooms are very loud and even though on every step there is written signs on the walls to be carefull with the doors, too many people don't care and often wake up people in the morning/night.

Verified reviewThe hotel is a bit outdated but it was clean. The restaurant has fresh fish and pizza but it’s a bit pricey. Overall it’s good.
The beach is awful. First of all there are plenty of boats in water. You’re area for swimming is pretty small and has borders. The water is full of algas. You have a decent sunbed but the beach bar is pricey. Overall you have to consider another option for beach.

Verified review+ great location - right on the shore + nice room (however small) with sea view + nice staff
- relatively small size room - no everyday cleaning of the room - poor variety at breakfast (I mean really poor); however tasty - disappointing food quality at the main restaurant

Verified reviewThe only positive thing was the son of the old lady that insisted that they can find solution.
No where was mentioned that the double bed was not for big people and they wanted us to leave the reservation and offered to give us refund. The old lady was insting that they did not want us in the place. Very disapointing. At the end they gave us camp bed as solution.

Verified reviewThe staff was very friendly, comunicative, very nice courtyard, location very close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, boats renting places. Breakfast is good!
Hotel tourists! Most of them uncivilized people, with a huge pleasure to slam the doors. Be careful also in the parking lot, do not park too close to other cars, their owners don't care how they open the car doors.

Verified reviewThe hotel is good, the room was nice and the balcony was great. The breakfast and the beach were ok. The restaurant in the hotel has really good food. The town is really nice for a family vacation.
This is not hotel’s fault, but there was lots of sea weed in the sea, and for me that was a big problem and I couldn’t swim.

Verified reviewEverything is super clean, the hotel has a main restaurant located at the entrance where the pool area is and a beach bar (the food is prepared in the same kitchen so you can order the same stuff as the main restaurant) along with private sunbeds. The food is out of this world and the staff are probably the most professional and accommodating that I've ever encountered. The pool is also very nice and regularly cleaned. There is private parking with sunroofs for your car, so it is protected from the sun during your stay. At our time of visit the sea had some weeds (seems it was the season for weeds) but the hotel staff cleaned up the ones that washed up on the beach a couple of times a day, so they didn't bother us too much. Other than that, the water is very warm and clean. The beach is nicely maintained, the sunbeds are free to use as long as you order something with minimum 3 euros per person (you will probably eat at the beach bar or order something anyway, so you won't really notice this rule). If you get tired from the seaweeds visit Karydi beach which is fairly close for a change of scenery. In general, the whole area around the hotel is super well managed, at the end of the day staff clean up almost everything so that it is in top shape the next day. The room is also very clean. You have everything you need there along with an equipped kitchenet. If you end up in the rooms in the main building that are located on its sides (num. 4-5-6 for example on the first floor left side), you will find that they are somewhat on the small size, but we mostly spent our time outside, so it didn't really bother us. If you are traveling with a 1 year old you can ask for a baby crib, it is a must. The other rooms are much larger, so make sure you know which room you are getting if you need more space.
The doors to the room need to be closed with the key turned so that they don't make noise, the hotel staff even setup instructions on how to do this in every hallway, yet people still bang them like idiots in 3AM. We got woken up a bunch of times because of this. The walls are not super thick so if you end up with noisy neighbors you will probably hear them banging stuff. For a 2-star hotel everything exceeded my expectations to be honest so not going to complain too much. This place probably deserves a better rating.

Verified reviewThe building is in a fair state and very clean, the gardens are beautiful, right on the beach with sunbeds and a beach bar, the sorroundings are beautiful for walking and exercising. We loved the breakfast. Very good coffee, greek pies and omelet, fruits and salad.
The mosquito net was not easy to handle, the air conditioned worked sporadically and the door would close very loudly unless properly managed. The double bed was 140 cm wide in room 10 on the first floor. Luckily we were not overweight.

Verified reviewThe location was very good and we liked the private beach to the hotel. The staff was very polite and friendly.
The thing which we didn't like was that it was very noisy when the guests opened and closed the doors of their rooms.

Verified reviewLocation was great, well maintained garden and beach front.
The loft apartments are substandard. Ceilings are very low so it feels dark and claustrophobic. Kitchen was very old. Sink was leaking and some dishes were not clean when we arrived. Bathroom sink was slow draining and the other drains were smelly.

Verified reviewThe location of the hotel, the courtyard and the beach were excellent. The breakfast was enjoyable, but it would be better if it was served a little earlier, for example from 7:30 to 10:30, rather than 08:00 to 10:00.
There was no built-in lighting in the kitchen so I had to use the light from the air extractor.
