Convenient location. Close to beach and airport. Host was extremely helpful. He offered to pick me up from the ferry port and also drive me to the airport the following day. This was a huge bonus. He also gave a recommendation on where to eat, and the cafe he suggested was very cute with good food and a nice view of the beach.

The host is a very kind man who took time out of his busy day to pick us up and drop us off to the airport which we really appreciated. The house is also very close to a gorgeous beach so it’s the perfect location for a layover if you have even half a day!

Due to the small size of the room, though the AC was set to 25'C, this was flowing the cold air during the night on top of our heads, the next day I had a sore throat as a result of it... Cleanness on the electronic devices on the cabinet to be checked, since dust was visible without touching with the finger...

Kindness of the owner (airport shuttle transport, though doubling the price of the room), cleanness of the beds, floors and the toillet. Cannot say more, since we just accomodate for less than 5hrs over night.

We did not realise it had a shared bathroom. No shower head, only handshower. None of the minibar items were in the fridge.

The host waited for us after 11pm as our flight got delayed. The beds were comfortable. Room a bit hot but the aircon worked well. There was a mini bar in the room available. The room is spacious with lots of cupboards. The shower is big.

This room has a shared bathroom, I would have liked the owner to specify it in the description, not just in the facilities section, which I did not read carefully from the entire list of facilities. In the room, the bedding seemed clean, but there was dust on the cupboard. This could be because there is road work taking place outside of the property on a daily basis, which generated a lot of dust and noise. I felt a little bit unfortunate for our stay due to the work noise in the morning as we like having late mornings. I am sure that this will be finished in a few months' time! This is work done by local authorities as they are building the road and refurbishing the kids lark across the road. The house is beautiful, the location is close to the sea, just a few minutes' walk, not really 200 meters as advertised as there is no access to the beach from the front of the property. It takes about 10- 20 minutes to walk to get to the beach I would have appreciated a little more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom, the bathroom being shared with 2 other rooms. For example, the bath rugs have not been changed at all in 3 days, and I have not seen anyone washing the floor or cleaning during these days.

The host was very kind and polite. He even offered to come and take us with his car to Artemida Beach, which we kindly declined as we love walking. In addition , transport to or from the airport is available for a decent amount, slightly more than the cost that you would pay to an Uber. I really liked the quality of the mattresses in the bedroom!! Not far from the property, just a few minutes walk straight towards Rafina was a local coffee shop/mini market and pastries freshly made. I definitely recommend you to go there, the name of the shop is "Mini EYBOIA", following with a few minutes walk further where is the beach ( the beach is not shown properly on maps) but is a lovely place not too crowded with few terases on the side and restaurants where you can have your dinner later. The property is equipped with fridge/microwave, iron, and mini bar with products that you can buy. All of them have price listed and prices matched supermarkets prices. There was also mini first aid available.

The place is distant with public transport to airport it took me 2 hours to get there by bus. Advises against going by public transport Better to talk to Paul, the owner of the house, he will pick you up at the airport at a symbol price
