Nothing at all to not like.... maybe the extremely steep hill you had to walk up and down to get to the property

The area was quite residential. Only 5 minutes to shops and restaurants so wasn't too bad.

There are no words to explain the welcome and kindness of Monika and Spyros. The villa is just great, with a jacuzzi overlooking Fira and the sea. If we ever go back to Santorini, we'll use the same villa again!

Our host, Demetria and Monica were incredibly friendly and informative. Particularly in helping us navigate around the island, and utilising the public bus systems, which made our trip that much easier!

A little far for our 4 year old bit he manages it. The bus stop is a 10 min walk and close to a few bars restaurants and supermarkets.

Amazing pool.amd very quiet and peaceful. Away from the hustle and bustle of fira and Oia . Our own little piece of paradise.

Everything at the property was perfect, great facilities and the kitchen was stocked amazingly. Monica was very helpful, assisting us with organising a transfer and giving us restaurant recommendations. Spiros was also very helpful when we arrived, helping us with our bags and showing us around the property. Thank you for a great stay!!

Not many taxi drivers seem to know of the property

Nothing, all was fine.

The Jacuzzi outside was amazing and also the city Mesaria is very near by walk. Monica was always available until our departure and ensured everything was fine during our stay. Thanks to her and the man who welcomed us on our first day + the cleaning lady very discreet and kind.

Amazing outdoor space, super nice host and great communication! They gave us a welcoming basket with some local products. The hot tub was really nice with an amazing temperature. Highly recommend !

Nothing to dislike

The villa is very private in a quiet location. Better than a lot of the very expensive apartments on the caldera. Great central location, short walk to the local village for shops and restaurants in a real greek neighbourhood. The apartment is modern and very well equipped.

The property was difficult to find if you came from a particular direction but the host was on hand to direct when needed.

Lovely pool and outdoor area. Excellent kitchen, bathroom and amenities. Very comfortable bed and supplied with towels and bathrobes. Excellent communication with host.

Nothing really We thought the transfer from the airport to the property was quite steep given it was a 10 min drive. But this was not the hosts fault.

The accommodation was very spacious, well maintained, clean. It is safe, close to supermarket, town square & restaurants. The Hosts made sure we had everything we needed. Having a pool was fantastic for children. The airconditioner in each bedroom was much needed & the shutters kept the sun out during day & room dark at night. Spiro & Monica were exceptional hosts. They went out of their way to accommodate us.Monica had amazing restaurant suggestions & every single meal we had was unbelievable. They were incredibly friendly & we would definitely stay there again

We had an hour no electricity but I heard it was a cut for half of the Santorini, it's not their fault. However the toilet does smell a bit and the toilet doesn't smell fresh.

The apartment is not on mail road, car transfer won't go in to the alley way, just need to walk 5 minutes to the property. Monica is rather nice and informative and Dimitri is always helpful. Private jacuzzi is definitely a plus.

On the arrival the host should have explained how to use the shower, The seats and mattresses weren't very comfortable. On our first day there was some neighborhood cat coming to the property and we couldn't get rid of it. It disturbed our meal and after that we had to eat indoors. The next day it brought kittens with it. We had to keep the doors closed or the cats would just keep coming inside. This wasn't a comfortable situation for us. The storage space could be a bit better, there is no desk/vanity unit in either bedroom. There was only 2 butter knifes at the property and both were rusted!! We didn't use them. There could be more cooking utensils too.

The villa was of a good size and had nice family areas where we could have a meal together indoors and outdoors. The rooms were of a good size too. The swimming pool was clean. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

The villa is in a location where its very small roads. The place where taxi drive us to is 2-3 minutes from the actual villa but to get there its a very narrow road from this hilltop which leads to the villa, but the road is also super steep. With checked luggages down there and also get up to the taxi again when we leaved was super crazy and a bit difficult. Also the food delivery couldnt find the actual apartment from their wolt app map, so we had to walk and meet them outside where they could find us. The apartment itself get cleaned every single day, or what you tell them to, but the problem with the clean is that they dont wash properly. The table outside was never washed so it was super dirty all the time. Things we told them to wash did they do, but still after some wash it was still a bit dirty.

Actually most of things. Monika, Dimitra and Spyros answered most of our questions real quick and thats why we give this place a 9 out of 10. The apartment is spacious and it had a big area outside to chill when we wanted to for our lazy days. The wifi is good enough for watching netflix and stuff. The pool was was big enough for a small swim and the beds was nice and comfortable. They even gave us some small stuff in our fridge when we checked in. Small stuff like bread, juice and greek honey as a complimentary gift. So much nice to say about our stay, so the few bad things we had was almost cleared after all the good stuff.
