The property was amazing. Wonderful view of the ocean, Parga, and the beach, while still being slightly away from everything (yet not in an inconvenient way). We loved the location and felt that it was perfect. Alexandra is a truly fantastic host and was so helpful. Apartment was clean and the wifi and air conditioning worked perfectly. Kitchenette was exactly what we needed for the trip, and the apartment felt like a home away from home.

The apartment was spacious (2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 terraces), clean, and the bedding was changed every 3 days. There was parking available in the courtyard. The view from the terrace was amazing, the owners were kind, always smiling, and ready to help the guests. The only downside was the stairs leading to the town/beach, which were quite tiring. Apart from the stairs, everything was excellent—the apartment, the service, the kindness, and the town itself, which was so beautiful as if someone had drawn it.

Excelent, good location, 5 min away from the beach, a lot of taverns to eat. I recommend this place. Thank You for your hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, the apartment was clean, private parking available, hot water all the time, and the hosts were very kind. I recommend this place, and definitely we will visit again.

The location and view was perfect overlooking Parga. The fact that it had parking was exceptional since most of the other place in Parga lacked adequate parking. The host was very gratious and helpful. The amenities were more than sufficient for us. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

Great location in the centre of Parga with a beautiful view of the beach and the island. The owner greeted us warmly and the rooms were clean and comfy.

It was a nice place! Excellent location, 50 steps down and you are at the beach and all the stores. Alexandra and the cleaning lady were very nice.

We had a triple room, it had a very nice view but it was a little small for 3 people and the sofa bed wasn‘t the most comfortable bed.

Alexandra is a wonderful host, thanks to her I had an exceptional and beautiful stay. I thank her enormously for the help provided. Very spacious and clean room, great view, parking, close to the beach. It was a wonderful experience and we can't wait to come back. I recommend this property!

The apartment was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything a traveler could need. Alexandra's warm hospitality and genuine care for guests made us feel right at home. The view from the apartment was breathtaking. Plus, the hotel’s proximity to the beach made it easy to take leisurely walks along the shore, as well as the center of Parga.

Our stay at the villa was very pleasant. The location is excellent, close to the beach and beautiful view. Very clean, service was checking every day if we need clean towels and sheets and was cleaning the room regularly. Alexandra is very nice, always smiling and very helpful. my daughter got sick an she personally came to check how is she feeling and to offer her help. While the rest of my friend went on a boat trip, I stayed at the villa with my daughter and Alexandra brought me a bottle of wine - very nice gesture :) If I come to Parga again I will definitely stay in Lithitsa again.

I chose the less expensive room . Shower had flexible slide walls makes sense ( don’t like my self ) but it worked just fine .

It was really great. The view from the room was amazing. There was a kitchenette in the room, and plates, forks, frying pans, etc. were provided, so we were able to make simple meals. It was a hot day, so the air conditioning was comfortable. There is a parking lot. The sea is just a short walk away. The owner and other staff were very kind. I highly recommend it. I would like to go here again. Thank you.
