The stay in this villa will be unforgettable for me and my family. In this villa you will find everything you may need. everything is very clean and tidy, large kitchen, spacious bedrooms. I was also impressed by the swimming pool and the garden next to it. I would like to say a special word to the owners of this villa. You will rarely find such hospitality and dedication anywhere. The owners of the villa warmly welcomed us late in the evening with treats, we were not left hungry. They also took care of us throughout our stay, and on the check out day, they gave us gifts with local treats. We are extremely grateful to you for your care, we will remember you for a long time and I really hope that there will be another opportunity to relax with you!

Nothing!

The villa is extraordinary. It is very clean, the rooms and living room are very spacious, The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The pool area and the garden are very neat and clean. At the pool you can find umbrellas for the beach. The owners are extraordinary and very friendly people. Because we were coming directly from the airport, they also did some basic shopping for us. On leaving, they even offered us some small farewell gifts. Because of the location you will need a car. There are some shops and good tavernas in Gennadi, 5 minutes by car from villa. We would definitely go back there.

Hard to make out things "we didn't like".

1. The kitchen was very well equipped and had plenty of all necessary dishes, utensils, dishwasher tabs, sponge, etc. 2. There is the possibility of ping-pong, volleyball, floats, toys, and umbrella you can bring with you to the beach, etc. 3. The landlord is VERY responsive, attentive, and helpful. He answers questions quickly, provided information on the place where the kids could participate in a beach volleyball practice and much more. 4. The outdoor space is quite magnificent. Not only does it have the pool at the grill and a large table for all, but every single room has some kind of a balcony or terrace or some thing that allows each person to have their own space. 5. Things were well stocked such as spices and basics and the landlord left thoughtful gifts both when we arrived and departed. 6. The location to a pebbly beach is an easy 800 m walk. We really enjoyed the beach that is nearby. 7. We looked at many accommodations prior to selecting this one and hands down, I think the value for the money was unquestionably superior.

There is nothing to complain.

Since it is a Villa of course you be on your own to prepare your breakfast and meals (or eat outside) but the owners already had prepared some stuff in the fridge so you will not wake up and stay hungry. Thank you so much both of you for that. It was a very warm welcome from the owners and with clear directions from the Airport to the Villa. It took us a bit longer to drive as we stopped on several Supermarkets. The Villa is very nice, clean and spacious. The Pool very clean and clear. Christos was always helpful and asked if he can be of help, since everything was well arranged there wasn't anything we could request. If you stay here you can be sure to have honest and helpful hosts, a quiet surrounding and don't have to worry about anything. The Beach is a 3 minute drive or 20 Minute walk. If you have a car you probably would prefer going to Lindos but you can stay at Gennadi Beach as well. You will find a Supermarket also about 3 Minute drive from the villa where you can find all what you need. In the same area are some nice restaurants which aren't very expensive (30€ for 2 including drinks) If you come with children you can be sure that the owners already took a lot of safety measures, clear signs where to watch out and be careful. Only suggestion we have for future Visitors: If you can, get a Rental Car. It isn't really expensive (about 160€ for a week) and you can pick it up at the Airport. From the Airport to the Villa it is about 60km. We will be surely coming back in the next Year :)

Some vehicle is necessary.

Christos and his wife are really kind hearted people. We were taken care of throughout the trip and due to a late flight we were also able to stay longer at the villa. The villa is absolutely stunning and perfect for a group. We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was really clean and the villa is really well equipped. The private pool crowns the villa. Big thanks for everything and maybe we will see again! And warm thank you for remembering us with little gifts.
