Since I am an architect myself, I have a small note for the architect of the house :D Both bedrooms had transitional spaces. One of the bedrooms was a passage to one of the bathrooms, and you had to walk through the entire living room and kitchen. The second bedroom served as a passage to the unique panoramic terrace with a truly UNIQUE view. However, none of this really matters, because the place is wonderful, the host is amazing, everything was super clean and well-maintained, clearly made with care!

The host Kosta was amazing. He truly embodies the meaning of the word HOST => Welcoming, responsive, always available, attentive, polite. Simply wonderful!

    Absolutely amazing staying!

Absolutely amazing! The villa is very well-equipped for family staying, with a well-kept and large yard, a BBQ area, and an incredible view of the sea, which is only a 5-minute walk away. The area is safe and beautiful, with supermarket, cafes/restaurants, and water activities. The beach itself is very long with clear water. Upon arrival, we received a welcome gift - fruits, wine, water, juice, etc. Beach accessories and toys for the kids were also available. The owner, Kostas, is very welcoming, was always in touch, and gave us recommendations. He arranged fish for BBQ and cooked it very delicious. Dear Kostas, thank you very much for everything! We appreciate that!!!

    Fab Property In Excellent Location

Nothing. Except maybe a plug for the kitchen sink or a washing up bowl, sorry Kostas forgot to let you know about this.

Great property at far end of Agios Georgios beach, very quiet area and so close to the beach. We had many days sat on beach and swimming in the clear sea, also hired a kayak. Property exactly as described with lots of outdoor space. Kostas and Hannah met us at the property to hand over the keys. Communication with them was excellent and they even let us check in 2 hrs early. Very clean and mid stay change of sheets and clean was provided even though we were only there for 8 days. Note that washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, bottle of wine, water, fruit, tea, coffee, milk, toilet rolls all provided. There is also a cool box and ice blocks in the freezer, a beach umbrella and mats and toys for children provided. Highly recommend walk up to the top of Afionas to watch the sunset and maybe have a meal, the walk out to the viewpoint over Porto Timoni is very rocky so make sure you wear trainers and it can get very hot but worth the view! Trip to Paleokastria recommended too and take a boat trip out to the caves, park at bottom of hill by monastery and walk up it's not far and after stop at nearby beach to swim in crystal clear waters. Great restaurants nearby, especially recommend Delfini, but you will need to book in advance as very popular! San George is great for lunch and evening cocktails & drinks also Vistonia bar for drinks. Loved the resort which is very quiet,no evening entertainment, except for a few nights a week at the Butterfly bar but this is a good 30 min walk away up hill so we didn't bother. I would say more a resort for families or older couples. Would not hesitate to recommend this villa or Kamini (other property on same site).

The villa is spacious, fully equipped for a family stay. Very, very close to the beautiful beach but very quiet. The owner was very cooperative. Once I locked the key inside and when I called him he came about ten minutes later.

    Nothing:-)

Wonderful house right on the seafront with its own garden and gorgeous seaview. The owner Konstantinos is very kind and helpful with a very welle stocked welcome hamper, wonderful suggestions of local restaurants and a very appreciated mid-stay cleaning. Highly recommended!
