The staff were very friendly and helpful. Helped us store our luggage and allowed us to use facilities even after we’d checked out. Cute little villa, with a vibrant minty blue colour, pool and balcony for some fun photos. Thanks for a good stay.

Not entirely soundproof, so woke up early in the morning, but they do provide ear plugs which was helpful.

Great clean rooms in a very central location. Excellent pool and host. We got very good value for money and within walking distance of main tourist attractions. Restaurant and coffee shops across the road.

Very little to be honest. The island itself s very touristy and busy and maybe over-priced but this does not apply to our accommodation costs here.

Huge room for a great price (we paid less than 100 euro in August). The bathroom was enormous recently renovated. There was a kitchen and a pool.

Great location. Prompt correspondence prior to arriving at property. Beach towels provided for pool use, which was great. Staff friendly and efficient - very happy to support any queries. Very central to bus station - buses rang regularly and were very reasonably priced for bus journeys all around the island. Couldn't recommend more! Thank you!

A microwave in the room would have made it easier to have lunch in the complex as I am gluten intolerant and it is not always easy and often expensive to make sure that I stay gluten free throughout the day. I understand that space perhaps does not allow for this and I found ways around it!

Villa Rosa is a very nice apartment for two, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Shampoo, conditioner, well-equipped kitchen. There is a beautiful table in front where you can sit. The pool is wonderful, there are sun loungers, towels for the pool and beach. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and always helpful. Thank you Sissi for the pleasant communication, instructions and advice. We had a wonderful time at Villa Rosa

The staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant! They accommodated all our needs and special circumstances with our timetable and schedule and everything was handled securely, rapidly and professionally. From the messages in the app, our email and phone regarding directions, our room number and combination for the key to keeping our bags and refrigerated items safe while we were away, even outside of the booking hours, everything was great!

The one small thing that we would have liked to have, given the exceptional service, facilities and room condition, would be a little more guest amenities, specifically toiletries. There was hand-soap, body wash and shampoo, as well as dish soap, however we did not have any toothpaste or a sponge for the dishes.

Located just a few minutes walking from the centre I really found peace and privacy. I got everything I needed in the apartment, included coffee which is important for me. Free water to drink. The pool is nice and the staff helpful. Back in Fira I d check the availability in this beautiful spot

Stunning pool, rooms and fantastic location. We loved our stay at Villa Rose. Very easy quad parking off street.

The hotel was in a great location, the staff were extremely helpful, and the room was spacious and clean.

Everything was perfect, and more attractive prices than other Fira hotels. Clean room, friendly staff, overall good location, highly recommended.

Don't underestimate this hotel. The location is great, you can reach the city centre within a short walk. However, the bar and party noise does not reach the hotel, which will give you quiet nights. Sissi was very accommodating and organised everything we needed smoothly, e.g. taxi pick-up. The rooms are larger than other hotels in this area. They are cleaned every day. We were even allowed to use the pool area including the shower and toilet after we had checked out. We would come back again and again.

Immaculate! Small style hotel but every is in perfect order. The pool area is small, tidy, clean. Check-in easy. Location a little noisy due to the road it is on but a very easy 10 min walk to the centre. Very good value. There are tea/coffee facilities and a hob in each room.

Amazing accommodation in a great location. Loved having the double balcony and listening to the small birds in the trees in the morning. Swimming pool was a wonderful extra and really comfy seating with the option for shade. Staff were amazing and were always on hand to help. Was perfect for myself and two friends.
