Everything was ok. Nice apartment, helpful host, good WIFI. Localisation is perfect, near to the center and bus station. From here you cany easy reach any destination on island. Use public transport, it can be crowded but its much cheaper than taxi.

The room didn't have closet nor cloth hangers so we had to lay our clothes in a small bed in the room. The shower didn't have curtain to block water from running all over the bathroom floor.

The hotel was in a great location. You could walk up 7, 8 minutes to the main street in the town center or you could walk down 5, 6 minute to the village where most locals live so you could buy groceries and eat there. The Bus Station was also less than 10 minutes away. You could take the bus to the airport or other villages. You can also take the bus from airport to Fira. Our hotel room was big, bright and very clean.

very nice and comfortable apartment in the city centre. It lies in the pedestrian area, but in a very quiet local neighbourhood, we didn't hear any noise and slept very well. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped if you want to cook a simple meal. There is plenty of hot water to shower and the bathroom is modern and big. You can find a free parking space 5 minutes away, many restaurants and mini markets The owner is a friendly and helpful person, very likeable and kind. He even helped us to carry the luggage to the taxi when we left. This is the perfect location for an holiday in Santorini

The host George was so helpful, and kind. The place is nice and it has a good space and a comfortable bed. The fridge in the room was very useful. Great location - 3 min walking to the main road, 5 min walking to the bus station, where you can get bus to Oia, the airport and other places for just 2 euros.

Great location, very central and close to the shops. Lovely room with a view of the sea. Matthia was very helpful and gave us tips for places to visit and restaurants on the island. We enjoyed swimming in the pool.

The staff was welcoming and provided recommendations. They allowed us to use the facilities before our check in and after our check out. The pool was perfect for our needs. We rentented the two bedroom appartment. It was actually nicer than the pictures. We had a private entry and a backyard. Our expectations were exceeded. It is located just outside the busy streets but one street away from to the touristic atractions.

The TV and not all plugs worked on arrival. There was no coffee and tea provided, as well as water. All was fixed promptly

The other staff member that I had to deal with on three occasions was extremely rude. When I had to ask for towels because there weren’t any in the room he told me to go away and was very unpleasant. Some more kitchen amenities such as a toaster and microwave would have been good.

Great central location, very clean and comfortable. Matthia was lovely to communicate with.
