The way they dealt with an incident at restaurant, where they charged 100€ of indemnity for a table corner that broked as we moved slightly the table. Ridiculous for a 5 star resort where you pay 1000€ per room/night!

We loved our 5 nights at Virtu Suites, from the moment we arrived the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. We felt very spoilt at the beach area being able to have front row spots everyday with comfy beach lounges, umbrellas & the best ever staff serving drinks & food. The room itself was stunning, quiet & spacious, we had direct access from our room into the pool which was fabulous and our breakfasts were delivered straight to our patio every morning & were delicious. We had the most relaxing & enjoyable stay and highly recommended Virtu Suites to anyone lucky to be travelling to Naxos.

We received a fabulous welcome. We were encouraged to invite our friends from Australia, who we had travelled to meet, on the private beach. We were embarrassed a day later when we were asked by Virtu staff to leave the private area if we wanted to remain with our friends. Following this incident we no longer felt we wanted to use any of the hotel’s facilities.

We’ve just had 10 days at Virtu. Totally 10 out of 10. Loved it so much we are going back next year for 2 weeks. Happy New Zealanders 🥰

Bed a little noisy

Amazing view of the property design as a whole and nicely designed pool . Room with hot tub/jacuzzi and very nice view of the seafront. In front of the hotel, they do have sunbed with very nice sun shade umbrella .

The beach umbrellas did not provide good shade as they were more decorative than functional.

Pool, breakfast, hot tub, location and staff were excellent. Restaurant was also great for a reasonably healthy, tasty meal with great view and very pleasant staff. Great place for a very relaxing stay in a beautiful location.

My only complaint is that the umbrellas at the beach are macrame, and they don't provide shade. Also, the breakfast was okay, nothing special, except for the friendly and accomodating service.

The staff was terrific! The room was charming, and the pool was great: clean and at an excellent temperature. It's so nice to have a lovely beach there, with chairs available in the front row.

Location was perfect, they have day beds on beach (free of charge) and staff were so helpful and friendly. We honestly can’t recommend enough. Breakfast was also excellent! The beach across the road is one of the best beaches I’ve been to in greece! Rooms were large and stunning - so was the pool area !

Did not understand the reason for filling up the breakfast menu list a day ahead because eventhough we wrote the time in which we will have breakfast and the food we wanted to have,the food was really good but each time arrived late. :)

We stayed in the room with the private pool.The room was beautifully decorated and the staff were very friendly,polite and helpfull.The location was great aswell.The beach was superb.

There was a lot of furniture in the room, maybe scale it back a bit to give more room for big suitcases.

The location was perfect, walk across the road to the most beautiful beach and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The service at the breakfast and bar area was exceptional. The staff were so pleasant and accommodating. It was busy but vibrant beach and a fun happy place to be relaxing on holiday. The food portions were very large and tasty.

Absolutely beautiful place, loved the boho vibe and all the decor. The room was the largest we've had on the Greek Islands and every single member of the staff was amazing. We did use the spa and had a few treatments and it was wonderful. The location was perfect, great beach right outside your hotel, lots of restaurants within walking distance and a few shops for any necessities. The restaurant at the hotel was good and very attentive. Everyone was there to help you have your best holiday.

The property and rooms are perfectly finished and new - no expensive spared. So I can honestly say, there was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

I liked everything except I think it’s super weird that the day of checkout you’re required to pay for your sunbeds…. If i went to the beach at 10am or 9am they would be free but at 11am they charge you 40 euros I just felt like on principal it’s super weird….
