Immaculate, most comfortable bedding and best air conditioning we had in the 5 weeks we were in Greece.

We liked every thing about our stay. It’s a small street of the mall.

The hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast delivered to our door was an excellent finishing touch.

The lady at the reception during the day was very kind. They have been very supportive in organizing all the transfer. Room was clean

From the pictures the room seemed bigger. Very steep stair at the entrance. Air conditioning is in the entrance and therefore the bed which is in front of the entrance was super cold, while the rest of the room room realtively advantage

The location, design and furniture were in good quality!

To get access to the lift you had to climb stairs, when you have luggages, stroller and a toddler its not easy. Generally the property was not accessible

Location is convenient to take tours. Terrace breakfast is nice. The hosts are very friendly and provide good information.

I did not know that there are 15 steps to climb to reach Reception area. Very difficult if one has a heavy suitcase. But, in our case one of the Reception people brought our suitcase up. That was very helpful.

Location was smack next to (20m) the main shopping street. It is quiet and safe Easy to walk to from Synthagma station room was spacious and clean. Friendly receptionist was there to receive guests

Staff member started copying my credit card mumber by hand on paper, which is illegal in EU: In the EU, it's generally illegal for a business to copy a credit card number without explicit authorization and consent from the cardholder. This practice is considered a serious crime, and businesses could face penalties such as fines and imprisonment. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) further strengthens data protection, requiring businesses to handle credit card information securely and with the consent of the cardholder. 

It was clean and the location was perfect.

The reception is located on the first floor and there is a flight of steps to reach up to that. There was no one from the staff available to help us up those steps with our luggage.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Athens! Stayed there over the weekend with a friend and the location is unbeatable-right next to the main shopping street and close to all the central sights. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; when I needed a pharmacy and it was closed, the receptionist herself kindly gave me paracetamol (much appreciated!). Our room was spacious, clean, had all the amenities we needed, plus a super cute balcony that we didn't even expect to have but were very happy to see! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Athens!

We got an upgrade and our room was beautiful and big , comfortable! Location was great close to the plaka neighborhood, and other attractions.

Centrally located, nice room, comfortable spacious bathroom.

Some sewerage smell, in the bathroom. Very very heavy front door, which made it difficult to open especially when someone has heavy or big luggage.Overall stay was very good and enjoyable . I would certainly recommend this place
