Our stay at Voreina Gallery Suites was really beautiful! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts, who went above and beyond to make sure our visit was seamless and unforgettable. Their genuine hospitality truly elevated our experience. Nestled in the peaceful village of Pyrgos, the suite offers a serene escape from the crowds that overrun the more touristy areas of Santorini. Yet, it's perfectly situated to explore all parts of the island—whether you're heading to the lighthouse, the various beaches, or the bigger cities likes Oia and Fira, everything is really just a short drive away. And the view really fits the previews! Waking up to the stunning panorama of the island and the caldera was a dream. A highlight of our mornings was the breakfast, served right in our suite, which was the perfect way to start the day while soaking in the peaceful surroundings. If you're looking for a place that combines authentic charm, top-notch service, and a tranquil atmosphere, Voreina Gallery Suites is it. And if you want to know more about the island, the hosts are always happy to give advice and organize trips (we'd definitely recommend a tour with a sailing boat and a boat ride to the neighbouring island) + when one of us caught an ear infection they immediately arranged a doctor visit etc.

Great and friendly place. The interior is very nice full of interesting details, and what is really great are the breakfasts on the private terrace. There’s a good atmosphere created by the team. Technical details: parking, a nice view, shops and food within walking distance - all easy.

The owner and his team were fantastic. The owner really embodies everything you would like to see in a host. The location was superb, it was a short walk into the centre. But the real bonus is the beautiful sunset views our veranda provided every night.

Very caring owner who went out of his way to make our stay the best it could be. Quiet location away from the noise and hubbub of the main towns of Fira and Oia, but on the doorstep of the lovely Pyrgos with ample bars and restaurants. Brilliant view of the sunset from the pool. All jn all a fabulous place to stay and we highly recommended. Very clean, lovely breakfast with wide choice of options.

A beautiful location. The suite was excellent, spacious, spotlessly clean. The jacuzzi was relaxing and refreshing. The owners ensured we also had access to a private pool when we requested.

Voreina is the best hotel in Pyregos with quiet, stunning views. You can enjoy the wonderful breakfast you want every morning in your room. In the pool, you can enjoy the magnificent view of Santorini while drinking a glass of wine. The staff responded quickly and kindly to my requests and worked very hard for my convenience. If I ever travel to Santorini again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. :D

It’s not that children friendly (the whole island is not really meant for family trips), but we expected it and had brought some board games.

The place is simply amazing! It’s away from the touristic areas, but not too far from there. Perfect for us, because we do not like crowds and too many tourists around. We enjoyed a great suite with a private infinity pool. View was fantastic! Breakfast was tasty and flexible regarding time slots. The personnel was extremely kind and hospitable - they made us feel as we were family guests. I had my B-Day during our stay and they brought a little cake for me at breakfast. Very thoughtful of them! They truly care for their guests.

Can’t fault it

Lovely central location with great view over the north of the island. Close to the quieter south and a short stroll to the many good restaurants of Pyrgos in the evening. Really helpful staff who had many good suggestions. Cracking breakfast to set you up for the day! Good facilities, fridge, big shower, sun terrace and plunge pool.

Everything about the suite and location is exceptional. Positioned on one of the few quiet streets on Santorini with stunning views of Thira, Oia and the caldera. Not even the beautiful photos do it justice. The suite itself is spacious, with a unique Mediterranean colour palette for each of the 9 rooms, that never feel tacky or gaudy. Our room, #9 the Vineyard, was decorated with warm whites, olive green and pale burgundy, like the Santos winery it was inspired by. The king bed was supremely comfortable, and things like power sockets, light fittings and air-conditioning were well placed and worked perfectly regardless of the weather, keeping the suite supremely comfortable whether recharging your batteries overnight or having a lazy afternoon siesta. The breakfast provided was delicious, and served to you on your spacious balcony or the cozy living/dining room. There is a wide range of options to customise it to your choice, and my fiance and I tried several over our stay to mix it up and were never disappointed. The serving sizes were such that you can happily skip lunch, which had the added benefit giving us more time to explore the island, especially since we only had a short (3 day) stay. The reception team were incredibly helpful and beyond nice. If you give them enough notice they can arrange transfers for you from the airport or ports complimentary with their own driver, and also will book any and all experiences for you, and find the most competitive price! They really look after your interests as guests, and made us feel like part of the family. Their English is fantastic too, so don't fear any confusion with Language differences. There are probably another dozen small things (like the cute little library in the front office where you can borrow books for your stay) that I'm forgetting that added to making the experience so enjoyable, which is why I cannot wait for my next holiday to go back and be reminded of it all.
