"When in Athen Hostel" is located in the middle of Athen and cultural place so there are many book shops and cozy cafes. The staff is nice and facility is clean.

The hostel staff especially the reception staff, are friendly, talkative and helpful. The hostel is generally very clean. The area is mostly local and very fun. It's also great that you can find a bar, restaurant and coffee shop right outside the door. I definitely recommend it. I can say it's the best among the hostels I've stayed in. I'll come back and stay again. Thank you.

The beds don’t have curtains so you don’t have that much privacy also here you have to rent towels or buy the shampoos as they won’t be included in your booking so for one night it will be 10% of your total stay costs :)

Very well designed with comfortable bed , only stayed for one night so didn’t use the common areas . Very very welcoming and friendly front desk staff , super helpful and i loved the area and location , it’s a very clean hostel and people were totally nice.

I want to emphasize that this hostel has good facilities, but you’ll have to hold the shower head.

This hostel is an absolute gem. Nice rooms, very good beds and always clean. The location is very nice with a lot of nice authentic bars and restaurants.

The hostel is in a street with some bars open til 2 am. So if you want to sleep earlier you can’t.

The beds were very comfortable and all the facilities were kept super clean! The staff were also very friendly and there’s lots of opportunities to make friends at walking tours or pub crawls they’re partnered with. It is fairly quiet great for a solo traveller!

I travelled alone and when I arrived the staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly, the rooms were clean and modern, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and modern, everything was great, I highly recommend.

I like everything

Everything! Nice location, very friendly staff, helpful in all my needs! Room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed !! Common area big and convenient to prepare food and communication.. I stayed only one night in between my flights from Bali and Antalya. And I had time to see ten city because I was in heart of Athens, meet nice people from Asia and France . I had my morning flight and there’s a metro station very close !!

The staff and facilities are amazing. I travelled out of Canada for the first time on my own and was afraid of what to expect. When my cards weren't working the staff was there to help me through it. They are all very accommodating and helpful. The owner is awesome. The cleanliness is also so impressive! And all the kitchen appliances are impressive as well as all the dishes, pots, etc. truly exceptional, thank you when in Athens. Also spot is in a good area and the hostel has loads of security. If you're a solo traveller and are unsure where to stay, stay here :)

Staying on the ground floor, it can get quite loud when people come in and out of the hostel and when people talk outside

Location is top. The neighborhood is super cool with a lot of street art, coffee shops and local bars. The hostel is new with all the facilities

This was the cleanest hostel I have ever stayed at, the facilities were also amazing and the staff extremely friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend it and I would definitely stay at in the future if I need to stay in Athens.

Everything looked clean and was clean, but somehow I was bitten by something persistent in five different places within half an hour into my sleep. Luckily I had my sleeping sheets which worked well the rest of night, but couldn’t have stated if I didn’t.

Perfect placement close to city center, welcoming staff, a lot of nice bars and cafes around. Had a pub crawl activity if you like that to help socialize. Beautiful and comfy courtyard.

Very clean and safe establishment! The staff was friendly and ready to help you with anything ! Rooms were enough spacy and clean with storing space for luggages, sockets next to each bed, even a shelf over the mattress. Linens and couvets were clean and fresh. Towel was same (after rending one).the common areas looked joyful and the hostel is next to a vivid area where you can enjoy company, chats and drinks! Very close to fast foods, mini markets , stores, metro, busses. I recommend it fir sure! Thanks
