Absolutely fantastic! Met all expectations. The staff were exceptional. Kivitos villa incredible, the cave pool, the view, quiet but yet great location. The sunsets were amazing. Lovely breakfast every day, Stavroula, Nick & Joy just made our stay unforgettable.

The location the cleanliness and facilities there was nothing that was to much trouble the staff were always making our stay amazing.

First of all, the staff was outstanding. Even before our arrival, they contacted us to confirm our landing time, coordinated directly with our taxi driver, and ensured a smooth luggage pickup. The room was spotless, well-organized, and fully equipped, with a breathtaking view that left us speechless. The hotel’s location is ideal—perfectly situated and close to everything. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location with million dollar Caldera views and private terrace to watch the amazing sunset. Great breakfast served on the terrace at a time to suit. Very short walk into all the action and only a minute walk from the chairlift upper station.

The most beautiful view and amazing property. Host was very kind and welcoming and helped with all questions. It was even better then the pictures and was in a great spot. Breakfast was also delicious

Excellent hotel, close to attractions and town centre, with the best views and angles, overlooking the bay, with stunning sunsets, and the room has the largest private pool in the area.

We loved everything. The view and location are spectacular. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. If you need a space that can accommodate multiple couples and is close to all the restaurants and shops, please stay here!

We loved everything!

Our stay at White Ark was absolutely wonderful! The hotel itself is beautiful, and the huge pool with an incredible view was a definite highlight. The location is truly 10/10, perfectly situated next to all the best restaurants and offering breathtaking views of the Caldera, mountains, and city. A special shout-out to the staff for their exceptional helpfulness – they went above and beyond by providing vegan cheese and milk and were fantastic with local tips and arranging taxis.

Great location, amazing views, air con in all rooms, very secure. Breakfast is provided every morning. The host was very accommodating, and nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable for 4 adults, surprise package was the steam room.

Could have small microwave, tea towels, napkins, and tissues.

The view was breathtaking, the best on the whole island, if you want to see the caldera. Breakfast was fabulous, always brought on time to the room, where you could choose to eat on the spacious terrace or directly by the infinity pool. The location in general was superb: three minutes by foot to the center of Fira with its numerous shops, bars and restaurants, but still secluded enough for privacy and a lot of relaxation. All staff was kind, friendly, helpful and always a pleasure to be around.

The bathrooms could use a little makeover renovation, everything else was first class.

This is a perfect place for couples, probably the best in Fira. Everything was the highest level, the location, amazing view, great Infiniti swimming pool, perfect equipment, polite helpful staff. The place is in the center but it ensures privacy. Everything what is written in the offer you get in this place.
