Beautiful caldera view, could watch sunrise and sunset At the end of the walking path so very quiet and minimal foot traffic Property managers very responsive, arranged for porter to bring luggage and delicious breakfast delivered daily

The best place to stay in Oia!! People wait in line to take pictures here. Amazing sea views, clean and comfortable. The hosts were amazing and always readily available if you had questions. Breakfast delivered every morning! IT WAS PERFECT!

Absolutely stunning view! Great kitchen area and the beds were comfortable. The area this is in is where many tourists try to find to take pictures - and we just walked out the door!

Right next to the house there are people having professional photoshoots from time to time, but it didn’t bother us.

The location is wonderful and the services are great. The house is spacious and clean, the breakfast is delicious and the views are spectacular. It is situated at the end of a tiny alley, so no tourists will pass by the house.

Gorgeous place, with an amazing host (thanks Mary!) who helped arrange activities for us and provided excellent advice. Love the breakfasts that were delivered each morning, such a perfect way to start the day.

Amazing place to stay. Main attraction are all surrounding us. Beautiful view. Clean and comfortable. There were many steps. Older people are not recommended.

Nothing really, the doorways are quite low and I smacked my head a few times, the advice was the the tap water wasn’t drinkable - perhaps a bottle of drinking water could have been supplied each day but not a major. Loved it overall.

Absolutely awesome spot, highly recommended. Mary the concierge was very helpful and Tim the porter was awesome! Plenty of room, great facilities, very private and great views. Complementary bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch.

The kitchen utensils were little dusty. The bed linen was little dirty. The water bottles were not provided on daily basis. Since the price of the stay is expensive, atleast they should place some drinking water bottles everyday.

The location of the stay is perfect. The room is beautifully decorated. It definitely gave a cave like feeling. The stay was comfortable. We had a very early checkout, so the staff arranged for the early breakfast takeout from their known bakery on our way to the airport.

It’s a cave apartment and due to that very humid.

Nice and clean cave apartment in the centre of Oia! The host arranged support to carier our luggage as it was not so easy to access (lots of little stairs) 😅☺️

Too many steps down the cliff. Need to rely on hotel staff for carrying luggage. Difficulty in calling the hotel staff, as they are only available by chat. Voice call reception in th area is bad.

It was all fantastic!

The property was in a spectacular location with an incredible view! The cave was so clean and way more spacious than we expected. we were a family of 4 and there was lots of room for all of us. We were visiting in March and felt like we had the whole place to ourselves which was fabulous. The breakfast each day was amazing !! Way more than we expected and so delicious. Mary was so helpful for any questions we had and was such a big help arranging transportation.
