There is no bar/food facilities on site. There is a mini market in close proximity so we could bring food & drinks back but a bar on site would have been ever better!

Very clean & spacious rooms. The staff brought out a little snack platter whilst we were at the pool one day. So kind!

No sea view from hotel.

I had an amazing stay at White Concept Caves! The standout features for me were the stunning architecture of the building, which perfectly blends traditional charm with modern elegance. The swimming pool was absolutely beautiful and a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. On top of that, the concierge service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Santorini!

I know the theme is minimalist but I wish there was shower curtains so the water don’t come out to the bathroom floor. Also, one of the staffers went into my fridge and tear opened my Dubai Chocolate bar and took a piece. I hope that person enjoyed it.

The hot tubs are nice to have but they’re not really hot at all which is fine in the heat.

1.The light in the bathroom. It will turn off after 10 seconds… if you are not keep moving your body which is a little bit inconvenient. 2. Through this hotel then booked the transport pickup service from port. But the driver guy didn’t show up. I don’t have WiFi or phone can call for the help. So I have to ask other people to borrow me to the phone to tell them. It’s totally unacceptable. Imagine if that is someone who couldn’t speak any others foreign languages and doesn’t have phone…

The staff Tina, she is absolutely amazing and helpful. She recommended us a lot of wonderful places. The pool is cute. The room is huge.

White Concept Caves was just perfect. It was a 8 minute walk to the centre of Fira. The apartment and pool was absolutely stunning with its crisp white walls and interior. The room was clean and spacious and beds were very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and gave us lots of advice and tips on what to explore on the island.

Absolutely amazing property. The rooms are massive, the hot tubs are clean & the perfect temperature. Staff are brilliant. The communal pool is incredible & spotlessly clean! They very kindly upgraded us as it was our honeymoon. The best hotel we have ever stayed in. Amazing stay!

You may find donkey poo early in the morning outside the residences, however it was cleaned up quickly too.

Beautiful and serene property, friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfast served to your room (more than enough for 2 people) and good location (10 mins walk from the market place). Loved it!

On arrival, it takes a minute because the hotel is up a cobblestone alley… a porter meets you but at first I was worried we were dropped off incorrectly. Some “rough” looking spots in the area but extremely safe and White Caves is beautiful and modern!
