I only had a very minor issue regarding the cleanliness of the room, but it was really a small problem that I solved myself by cleaning it. I'm sure that if I had informed the staff, they would have taken care of it and improved the situation, but I managed it on my own without needing any assistance. This was the only tiny negative point for me regarding the hotel. I usually didn’t have breakfast, so I can't really comment on that. However, it was clear from the beginning that there wasn’t a breakfast menu, but rather coffee and snacks available, which was fine for me. That might be something to consider for other guests who expect a full breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with my stay and took good care of me. They were always hospitable and tried to make everything easy for me. I enjoyed my stay very much and felt at home.

The location is wonderful, close to the sea, the port and restaurants. There is a pharmacy and grocery stores nearby. There is always free parking around the hotel. The hotel is family run and the staff is very polite and friendly. Rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed. Our room was quiet and cozy with a view of the sea, the fridge, air conditioning and TV worked perfectly, we had a great rest. The hotel is modernly furnished and in the common areas like a boutique hotel and the atmosphere makes you feel at home. We had a great time, I would come back again and I would recommend it to friends.

Wonderful stay! The location of the hotel is excellent – close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great! The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and have large balconies perfect for relaxing. What truly stood out were the hosts – incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Highly recommended, and we would gladly come back again!

I have no negative comments about the facility.

We made a reservation at the facility for 3 days. However, we could only stay for 2 days because my little daughter was ill. The staff understood the situation and helped me in every way. Thank you very much for that. If I were to explain the hotel facilities, the location is very good, within walking distance to everywhere. The rooms are spacious and newly designed. The beds are spacious. It is comfortable and the rooms are clean. If I come to Keramoti again, I will not look for a different hotel.

The size of the double rooms is too small. Although there was something like a terrace, accessing it required going through a small window, which wasn't comfortable. There was no wardrobe, only a small space for clothes on one side of the bed, making it inconvenient to store items. The double rooms are more suitable for one person.

The only thing we had a challenge with was that it was a bit noisy, both coming from the street if you leave the windows open, as well as from other guests of the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and the room was cozy and tidy, albeit on the smaller side (please take note if you have a lot of luggage). The staff was very amicable and helpful, we were very impressed by them. The breakfast included was perfect.

There was an issue with the hot water during our first day, however it got fixed the next day - anyways it's not a big deal during the summer.

Great breakfast, frienldy staff and excellent location. Parking is free and always available around. There's a shop and pharmacy nearby, also the Keramoti port is 5 minutes away by foot.
