The family suite was located very far from the reception/entrance and there were a lot of stairs (no lift access) which makes it difficult for a family with a toddler and a pram.

Family suite was really big and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a lot of traditional local pies.

The hotel has potential, but some areas need attention. Bathrooms need refurbishment, and the fridges didn’t work properly. Breakfast and food could be improved. Service was very slow, especially at the pool. With a swimming pool, rooms should have drying racks—there was no way to dry clothes.

We loved the swimming pool, big and clean, with plenty of space and shade for warm days. Rooms were spacious and the mattresses comfortable, and the staff was very polite.

The property is quite old and could use some better maintenance in the rooms. The décor feels outdated. Breakfast was average.

I loved most about the place was the view. I recommend choosing rooms with a sea view rather than a village view. The staff were very friendly, and overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The beds were very very uncomfortable and the air conditioner was located directly on the beds, so it was unpleasant to use it during the night

No "basic" laundry service - only "premium" laundry service with 2-4€ cost per item, which can get prohibitively expensive. We had to run a trip to the nearby city for a self service Laundromat.

Everything is as described. Very clean, staff is nice, attentive, speaks English. Gym pool & spa facilities are as described and in good condition! Overall an excellent experience 😁

Some how didn't take into account how high up the mountain it is. Beaches that seem quite close on the map took about an hours drive though very worth it.

The pool schedule: worst times of the day, open 11-19..

Very nice pool, big rooms with all toiletries included, very good breakfast, 10 min walk from the center of the city. You also have 2 restaurants, one inside the hotel and a fancy one with view over the gulf. Fair price of the room (specially comparing to overpriced thassos/ckalkidiki)

Not really a downside, more of a small wish: I would’ve just liked a bit more variety at breakfast. It could make a nice difference, especially for longer stays.

A lovely and charming hotel with excellent facilities! The rooms are spacious and both the indoor and outdoor areas are beautifully designed. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the pool and the stunning view !

could use a little updating

The room was very comfortable and huge. we stayed for 4 days and couldn't be happier. Pool was sparkling clean and food was delicious. staff was very nice and helpfull. Highly recommend!

The only let down was that we were provided with an extra bed that was not up to the standard of the rest of the service provided.

The room was very comfortable with big bathrooms, nice bed and beautiful balcony overlooking the bay below. All staff were very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was very generous with many different options and being able to have it in the restaurant balcony with the great view was also a highlight.

The view to the non working ppol was of limited use A pitty that the pool area was not accessible. We noticed the absence of a kettle to allow us having a hot beverage when needed

Many families with young children spent time in the lobby, creating a noisy environment, especially in the holidays.

Everything. The hotel is part of the XENIA chain situated in the best location in Portaria. The lobby area is a finely decorated room where you can enjoy evenings with your friends. The rooms are comfortable. The views breathtaking. Ideal for excursions to nearby villages. We visited in the winter, we have not used the pool.
