The place we stayed was very comfortable and spacey; the restaurant is the best in Evia, you have 2 beach options (3 min by car or 5 min walking) one organized one private; great staff… a place that deserves real 10. The place you stay is very quite, peaceful

Excellent!!!!!

This was a magical and amazing place to spend our vacation. We fell in love with everything. Xenia is one of the best, top 3 places we have been and we are travelling a lot. Everything was perfect for a perfect experience. We will definitely come back and highly recommend the place for everybody that is looking for a quiet, healthy and beautiful spot in paradise far from the noise and pollution and negative energy.

In one word: paradise. In two words: perfect paradise! we loved everything about Xenia Residence and Suites: the view from the rooms (overlooking the sea), the rooms themselves (lovely and spacious), the friendly and helpful staff, the food, the beach underneath the hotel. We will definitely come again.

Stunning view, room cleanness and smell, balcony. Breakfast is pretty ok and stuff is very friendly. View and location are the clear highlights.

Old and pretty small WC, old refrigerator which makes noise

The breakfast was definitely among top 5; it was a selection from a rich menu where all of our change requests were accepted. We stayed for one week and it was one of the highligts of our vacation. Same place also offers dinner service, which was the best restaurant we have visited in the island. The room was quite big; my wife got sick and had to stay in the room for 3 days. She said at least our flat / room was so comfortable it did felt good to stay. We had 3 balconies which were highly enjoyable. Kitchen, table, enough space for our staff. There is a very clean private pebble beach with 5 min walking distance, they borrowed us umbrellas and towels to use it there. Organized beach was a bit further down the road - 3 min driving distance. Overall great service/food/space - thanks a lot for everything

If you want to go around the island you need to have a car and the distances are considerably long. Nothing I can criticize on the residence

Wonderful location - of course if you have a car. Nice view. Good attentive service and good breakfast. We had a Fine appartment comfortable and spacious.

Fantastic spot with beautiful views, you can see the sea just from your bed, wake up, and fall asleep with the sound of the waves (with open windows). Rooms have everything you might need, towels are changed every day, and everything is super clean. Breakfast was included. It was not a standard buffet but a la carte with plenty of options. We tried everything during our stay and liked it all. Beach is close. You can walk about 7 minutes through the forest or take a car. Water is crystal clear, and in August, it was also very warm. Umbrellas are available at the reception free of charge. Last but definitely not the least is staff. Attentive, caring, made our stay extremely comfortable! We are really hoping to be back one day.

"The room" is actually a small apartment with everything you need. The terrace is spectacular with a view that takes your breath away. The Blue bar/terrace is giving you a spectacular view of the sea and the beach. The breakfast is very good and varied. The personal is the top starting with the guys and girl from the bar and finishing with the ladies who are cleaning the rooms. 10+

Maybe in the future you should think about doing a pool. You don't need anything else. We prefer the beach and the sea but are family with little kids who prefer to stay some days at the pool.

Wonderful atmosphere great care especially that of Effie and just a wonderful place. The view the selection of foods for breakfast the staff the outdoor porch.

This is a beautiful special hotel!! The design of the room was very special with beautiful view The room was extremely clean, Breakfast was so tasty!

The Bathroom was tiny...

The staff are exceptional. Thank you to Theo, Triades, Maria and Ava for looking after us so well under extremely difficult circumstances. Unfortunately our stay coincided with Storm Daniel. 5 days of rain, thunder, lightning and high winds. Despite that, what we will remember the most from our stay in Xenia is the genuine care and hospitality from the team. Beautiful breakfasts and freshly brewed coffee delivered to the room with a smile every morning, even during the time we were without electricity! We were so grateful for the time and energy that Theo and Triades invested in getting Netflix running on the TV when we couldn't leave the apartment because the weather was so bad!!The owners are very lucky to have such a fabulous crew working for them. We would love to go back to Xenia again and enjoy its beauty in the sunshine.
