Perfect location! Very nice room that was cleaned every day along with changing the towels. The view is exceptional! Nice beach bar on the ground floor, with good coffee and food and chill atnosphere in the evening. Staff is very kind, polite and welcoming. The guests are allowed to use the sun beds free of charge every day! All in all, we enjoyed our stay and if ever in Pefkochori again, would book the same place without a doubt.

A great place to rest. The location is in a great place. The hotel is very clean and the rooms were great and clean. The owner of the hotel and the staff were very friendly with us. The food in the restaurant was very tasty. I recommend this hotel

We loved everything!

We loved our stay at Xenios hotel. It was very clean inside and outside, rooms are really nice and big and the view from the balcony was amazing. We had breakfast and lunch at the restaurant and everything we tried was really good and prices are great for the location. The 2 boys and the girl at the restaurant are doing a great job. Katerina was really nice and friendly. We would come back again for sure.

Although our room was super comfy and clean (and simply but nicely decorated) and had a direct view of the beach below from the balcony, we did find the bed a little small for 2 people. The room was kitted out with a double bed and one single, but in our opinion, it would have been better if there was just one king bed.

This hotel is in the perfect location - right on the beach front!. We stayed in September which was very relaxed and not too busy - we got a spot on the beach every day - and the place was not overcrowded. (I imagine this to be different in the peak season). The breakfasts were superb. Excellent quality, great selection and beautifully presented. Absolutely delicious. The choice of hot and cold coffees was also amazing. The cocktail menu was very good - we sampled every single one! These can even be brought to you on the beach when you are relaxing near the water. Sunbeds were provided with kikoi towels for your use. The sunbeds were very comfy. We were also charmed by the very friendly staff and the real family feeling about the place. The service was personal and friendly, with each member of the family involved in the running of the hotel in their own way. A really nice, relaxed vibe all around the place, for us, by far the best spot on the whole Pefkochori boulevard! We would love to come back some day :)

Super location a few metres from the beach. Very kind and friendly staff. Fridge in room was great to cool drinks. Parking available nearby just ask the friendly staff where to go. Pefkochori is a lovely laid back resort would recommend.

The hotel is in the center of the village, only a tiny street separates you from the beaches. Along the same street you will find great restaurants, as well as their place for a morning coffee or breakfasts. The rooms are super clean, you get new towels everyday. If you come by car like the 99% of people visiting Pefkohori, you have a parking included as well. It’s 150m away from the hotel and guarded :)
