Excellent location, pleasant stay, good breakfast and service, wide selection of restaurants and coffee bars around - would recommend to anyone!

The quality of mattresses can be improved

I stayed in this location from July 30 to August 6, a nice place, 5m from the beach, small but chic room, generous terrace, bathroom also small, with shower in the wall (no detachable shower), cleaning and changing towels every 2 days. Breakfast included in the price, although it is a lower-ranking hotel, breakfast was tasty, generous and incredibly diversified from one day to the next. The beach is equipped with sunbeds and a sun umbrella right in front of the hotel for free, provided you order something from the bar. SPECTACULAR AT THIS BEACH IS THE GIRL WHO TAKES CARE OF THE SERVICE-DUMITRA (I hope I wrote it correctly). I haven't seen such a hardworking girl in a long time! She actually runs to serve you as quickly as possible... she fully deserves to be rewarded by the beach's customers

the beds were twin and we would have liked a double with a single mattress, but they could not offer me this facility, the shower was in the wall, not removable

Accommodation was very clean and it is located in city centar on the city beach. Breakfest was very nice and teasty. Wifi was excelent.

It didn't have basic dishes in the room like glasses or plates.

Very small bathroom

Everything was great, the beach was 50 meters from the hotel and the price of the sun loungers was included in the price of the stay. The breakfast was delicious, the staff was friendly, especially Stella and the waiters. 💙👌

In the afternoon the sea was not clean but there iare so many bеаches with the extra clean water like Lagonisi,Kiovu, and they are near no farder then 12- 15 km from Nikiti.

Located right on Nikiti Beach. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel of this size—everything was fresh, tasty and offered a great variety. The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with both air conditioning and a fan. The lady at the reception was very warm and welcoming.

The hotel advertise private beach including in the stay but they required to bay 30 euros snacks and drinks to use the umbrelllas . We even couldn’t bring our own water.

No hot water in the bathroom! The rooms needs refurbishing as they feel worn out. This applies to all 4 rooms we had booked. Additionally, the rooms themselves have close to zero equipment. You basically get a bed, a small wardrobe and that’s pretty much it. Not even cups. The toiletries were NOT refreshed when the room was being cleaned. We got 1 small bottle of shower gel for 2 adults for 5 days! You can’t sleep with the windows open because there is a lot of background noise coming from all the AC conditioners. Lastly, even thought there is a big parking, you can’t park there legally between 8pm and midnight as the road is leading to it is one way only, but it is blocked with a barricade

Lady responsible for breakfast and rooms was super nice. She is so careful and her kindness is highly appreciated. Location is 10/10.

Unprofessional organization: limited availability of reception, check in/check out didn't happen properly because receptionist was not there even if working schedule is defined on the door. They didn't even reply on messages sent on the number provided on the door of the reception. We were not the only guests that day, others faced with same issue. Apart of that, due to misunderstanding by the management, we had to change the room in the middle of our vacation, what wouldn't be an issue if they could provide us a new room. Our movement was postponed for days. Every morning we've been informed that "you can't move today but tomorrow", so we had to change our plans for those days waiting for green light for moving. Keeping the room we've got originally was not an option. Except this inconvenient situation, everything else were fine.

A better comunication would be better, basic utilities were explained but not all of them like cleaning day

We loved it at Xenios Zeus, it was such a great location right at the beach in Nikiti. The comfortable sun lounges were included and the beach was good, the entrance in the sea had a fe pebbles but mostly sand and we didn't need aqua shoes. The hotel has cute decorative touches and well kept greenery. The room was clean and had air conditioner which we've used intensively. The bathroom had a good size shower cabin. We appreciated the balcony in the evenings when the heat allowed us to enjoy a drink there. We really appreciated the convenient parking on the side of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh fruits and salads, the always present greek yogurt and honey. Nikiti is really good as a base to explore the many wonderful beaches of Sithonia and has good supermarkets, for example at Masoutis you can find cooked delicious greek food if you don't want to eat out all the time.

It would have been nice to have the parking places covered to have some shade and some small inconvenient things in the room like the door that didn't stay closed when not locked.
