I like it all. Only suggestion would be to add a place to hang and dry towel, swiming suit…we had to use the chairs in the terrace for that

The pool area with the Caldera view is amazing. Room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The staff is super helpful and kind. Great atmosphere and place to relax after visiting busy Santorini.

There is not one thing we didn’t like about the property. We have zero complaints.

The property was Amazing! The hotel staff were wonderful! They showed above and beyond hospitality! The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The view of the caldera was beautiful and the perfect place to watch the sunset. The bartender Alex was also awesome! The breakfasts were the best we had while in Greece and the food at the restaurant was also very good.

This was our second time at Xenones Filotera and we can confirm that they are still incredible. The staff are all great people, kind, attentive and helpful with any requests. The property has some of the best views on the island and it is maintained beautifully. Exceptional breakfast with a view. All other food and drinks are also amazing. Thank you to Julia, Kristina and the rest of the team, we will be sure to book here again whenever we are back to Santorini!

The service from Julia deserves all the praise in the world- she organised the complimentary cake as a surprise for our daughter’s 13th birthday which we celebrated there and she upgraded us to Jacuzzi room for one night, where we could watch the amazing sunset from 🌅 All this made the stay really memorable- thank you so much!

This is paradise. From the moment you walk in and see Christina’s beautiful smile to the breath taking views. The beds were comfortable, centrally located. Parking always available. The staff for breakfast amazing, love those guys they really are hard workers. Our sunset drinks and service by Alex fantastic! Will definitely be back just for the service and views alone.

Nothing to complain. But it will be difficult to get there and travel around the island from there without a car.

It located on a hill, perfect place for both seeing sunset and sunrise. The room is very spacious and neat. It’s a great place for vacation, we do love the breakfast and the views. Staff are professional and friendly.

Amazing staff, amazing views, great breakfast and superb pool. We had a flight leaving late and were able to enjoy the hotel the whole afternoon. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. I would recommend anyone who is traveling to Santorini to stay here.

I would not recommend to rent a car using the hotel's rental car partner . The car was really old, lights were dangerously bad after sunset and the price was high. You can get a much better value in other car rentals e.g. Hertz or other known car rental companies.

Very nice location. Outside the hectic Oia, Imerovigli and Fira villages. The view is really great. We could see the sunrise and the sunset from the hotel. The Hotel staff and service was super good and friendly.

Some (minor) noise from preparing the resto/breakfast in the morning (7h30) Some of the west side rooms have a bit of a lesser view with respect to others on the same side. choose the southern ones if possible,, they are better.

Spectacular views from the west side rooms, restaurant, pool. Great location on the Fira-Oia trail. no need to go to Oia for sunset ;) Very friendly and helpful staff Spotless clean Nice choice of breakfast buffet and until late (11h00), always refilled. Great cocktails

The black mold in the shower grout was our only complaint. We mentioned it to the staff and they may have tried to clean it, but since we were upgraded from a lesser room, we didn’t make a big deal about it. That said, if we’d paid full fare, we would have been very unhappy. Additional notes: the pool deck overlooks the rooms with hot tubs so they aren’t private. While we knew Santorini is more expensive than most other Greek islands, we were very surprised that the Xenones bar charges 17€ for a basic margarita. We like to walk but it should also be mentioned that this hotel is a 20 min walk from Imerovigli so if you’re not very mobile and don’t want to pay 35€ for a taxi, you’ll be limited to the hotel’s restarurant.

Amazing view, lovely helpful staff and lots of choices for breakfast. We were upgraded to the honeymoon suite, which was roomy and elegant and which we really appreciated. From our beautiful, modern room, we could see sunrises and sunsets. Spectacular!

Getting to and from this hotel will be difficult if you don’t hire a car or an ATV. Coming and going by foot is possible but it will be exhausting and tiresome especially when it gets hot in the day.

This hotel has one of the best views in Santorini (Caldera and Aegan sea views). The staff are extremely kind and welcoming (thank you Maria and Dina for making our stay a pleasant and warm experience). The breakfast options were really great and much better than we expected. We would definitely visit again.

The music from the bar area was repetitive, too loud and all dodgy covers on an endless loop. Very annoying after a while. It’s about a 25 minute walk to the village of Imerovigli but it’s a bit of a hike uphill and we didn’t feel we could just pop up for lunch in the heat during the day. The views are great from the walk though so ok in the evening. You’ll need your phone torch for parts of the walk back at night but it’s much easier back as downhill. The evening menu for the restaurant is very expensive and more limited choice. We thought the quality was good though. The menu was good for lunch. The bathroom could use a refresh but was clean.

The views from the terrace were spectacular with perfect views of the Caldera and sunset. Because it’s set on the top of a ridge, you could see the sea on the other side of the island at the top of the hotel. The restaurant and bar areas were set nicely to take advantage of the views and service was available all day. Our room was very spacious but quite minimalist in style. The pool is a decent size. Breakfast was reasonable for a small hotel. It’s right on the walk from Fira to Oia.
