Breakfast included in the price provides a fair selection of hot and cold food. Location within the resort is excellent, one minute walk to beach, with restaurants, bus stops and local supermarket nearby. Direct buses to Chania old town which is worth a visit.

Was given a room with a connecting door Sound proofing was not good which made us feel uncomfortable. We felt this situation would be best for people/families who are together.

Visiting with family ( same booking) but our rooms were not even in the same block, not a major issue but would have preferred to be a bit closer The room we were in given had a connecting door to another room which was awkward as it certainly wasn’t sound proof. I feel this set up is best for families who are perhaps with children/teenagers ect

Nice hotel in a great location, pool area always clean and tidy. Breakfast was more than enough although it didn’t vary much from day to day. Staff on reception were always friendly Very easy to get the bus into Chania and if you want to stay close to the hotel there are plenty of nice places to eat.

Breakfast is good but the same every day. Cleaning ladies were very noisy, every day they cleaned around our room, where our kids were sleeping after lunch…first night we have to sleep in two rooms far from each other, and we get our room only next day.

At the end of put stay they ask us to pay inserting in the machine our bank account number and all the card details and without showing the total amount on the machine. I didn’t found this so secure. Also, we asked if we could stay a couple of hours more since we had a late flight and they wanted to change us €40.

Room was ok and location 10 mins driving from Chania.

Breakfast was very limited, warm meals were served at 7.40, just after we had finished eating.

Very convenient, clean room, even though I'm quite observant in this matter. It was accessible from the outside, so we could really easily get to our car.

Initially we get the room that didn't smell very well. We could feel mustiness all the time. We told that to the reception and after some time we were given better room so we really appreciate the approach. Staff is generally very friendly and helpful.

Very nice breakfast. Hotel is located around 1 min walk from lovely sand beach. Water is very shallow for around 30 meters though. Pool is exposed to sun for quite long, and it's very deep (around 2,5m in the deepest point). Beds are quite comfy.

In the bathroom there was a weird smell - it wasnt mold but it came from the drain. I think its not the hostel’s fault but it wasnt nice. The coffee could be better - tgey only had a nespresso instant coffee, no coffee machine ;(. During tge night it was quite loud because hotel is near the big street. But still I will come back, amazing hotel!!

The staff was very helpful. The room was very clean, towels were changed every day. Breakfasts were amazing! The hostel is in a great location, we rented a car from the company recommended by the staff and were very pleased with it.

The AC is a bit old, so at night at times it gets quite loud, like wise for the little fridge at the room. The bed mattress was a little bit too hard for my taste and in my opinion such hotel needs better mattress. The breakfast could also have more options, as it looked quite basic.

Our room was very nice and had all the necessary amenities, bathroom was very modern and nicely designed. There is also a balcony, so at night one can enjoy a nice sunset. the beach is only half a minute from the hotel and there is also a parking place and swimming pool with a shower.

Nothing to dislike We went early season and the room was very cold, but this would be a blessing in the high season.

Beautiful Hotel grounds The staff were always willing to help with any request with a smile. The pool was very warm and looked pretty at night. The room and bed was very comfy and had a high spec bathroom, the fridge was also a bonus. The hotel was in a very peaceful setting and didn't hear much from the nearby road at all. Amazing Varied Breakfast That was topped up frequently Beachfront only a stones throw away!

The breakfast was good, included Cretan specialities and variety differed along the week. The location close to the sea was excellent. The bathroom was recently renovated and stylish.

- some noise in the night from other toilets and bathrooms and from early morning hours noise of pool filtering system (I guess since the room was next to the pool) - breakfast was really good but the hot dishes were the same everyday

- really nice and helpful personel - CLEANLINESS - room was very clean and it was thoroughly cleaned every day, sheets and towels were changed often - pool was deep, clean and quite big - the building and room's equipment were bit old but still confortable and the bathroom was renewed, with great shower and everything you need - very good breakfast with quite big variety of dishes, especially different cut fruits - nice sandy beaches almost next to the hotel
