Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything is just amazing
I had an amazing stay in Vasiliki! The room was fantastic and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The location couldn’t be better — right in the center, just steps away from the sea and surrounded by shops and restaurants. I was truly impressed and so happy with my experience. Highly recommended!

We did not liked the fact that there was no hair dryer or iron facility in the room. Of course, upon our specific request, the host provided them to us. Another aspect that bothered us was the fact that no cleaning service was ensured during our 4 days stay: the trash was not thrown away, the bathroom was not supplied with toilet paper/shower gel, the towels were not replaced. We were again forced to request them to the host, once finished, which was not confortable. The host could be more careful at these detials and needs of the guests.
The room was spacious , modern and well equiped. The balcony was large, offering a side view on the city and over the mountains. We liked also the bathroom that was very spacious. The location is close to the shops, restaurants, tavernas and bars area, near the port.

There weren't many facilities and the bathroom was a little small but however since we had an economy room was worth it for the price it had
I really liked the hospitality. The room was very clean and they clean our room once during our stay also.

Yasemi Rooms in Vasiliki was fantastic! The location is ideal, the room was spacious and clean, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The owner was incredibly helpful and made my stay even better. Highly recommend!

Great hosts - very nice and hospitable, can give you info on anything on the island, places to see, beaches, food, etc. The apartments were clean and well equipped, and in the center of the village of Vasiliki, close to all the shops and restaurants as well as the main beach of Vasiliki. With free parking and an easy access to the main road, the village can be used as a base to further explore the island and visit the amazing beaches of Porto Katsiki, Egremni, and many more. In general, the whole place feels very safe and welcoming. Would totally recommend!

The location was good, the room was very clean, near the beach and the taverns, it was quiet, good for people who want to have a good sleep at night. It had all the facilities needed and the host was amazing, had pretty good recommendations for what to visit on the island.

The room had everything we needed, we had air conditioning, a small kitchen with a fridge, spaces to deposit our clothes and a private bathroom. The location was great, maybe a 3-4 minute walk to the port of Vasiliki where you can find plenty of restaurants and little stores to buy souvenirs. The hosts were very nice and friendly and were there to help us everytime we needed.

Some walls might be a bit thin. And because we had a neighbor "very vocal during the nights" - if you know what I mean, we had trouble sleeping well.
The location is very good and the room has everything that you need. Also, on the floor there was a small kitchen where you could make your morning coffee, tea, etc. And I'd like to give a shout out for the cleaning. Although the owner wasn't there, he was very responsive via Booking chat, so all in all we had a good stay.

The only minus i could think of is that the soundproofing wasn't the best, if you have a loud neighborur you could hear them.
I liked that the owner, Kostas is one of the nicest people i've met, the location was 2 minutes from the taverns, everything was functional, clean and confy. Great value for money all in all.

Kostas and Anastasia are very kind and helpful host. We feel lucky to be able to met them in person. Place is clean. Rooms are safe and quite. very close to the center. If we go again, we would defınitely stay there again. highly recommended to who is considering to book
