Would be nice if there was a pool but understand that this isn’t always possible. The beach isn’t far so you can still go for a swim there.

Beautiful views, lovely place to stay. Owner Georgia and her family are so so helpful and lovely. They helped us so much as we had problems with the initial hotel that we’d booked and she was so warm and welcoming. The apartment itself was well looked after and was beautifully clean. The balcony view is incredible too. Could not recommend Yiannis Studios enough

The owner was really friendly! The view from my balcony was amazing. Great for watching the sun set over the sea/mountains. The air flow with both balcony doors open meant I barely needed the air conditioner, which was nice. Walk to a beach is maybe 7 minutes. I recommend Paralia Mpouka beach though, which you can either quickly drive to or walk through the water from Bouka Beach which is what I did!

Excellent location, amazing sea views and the friendliest owners I have ever met. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly, given a quick tour of the apartment and had a few landmarks pointed out to us. As neither of us are early risers, Georgia worked around that and serviced the room later in the day to suit us and asked we WhatsApp her if we needed anything. The room was spacious, comfortable, well stocked on a regular basis and very clean. Can't recommend Yiannis enough. Really great place to stay.

The floor could have been mopped better before our arrival and maybe could include a stock of salt and pepper.

Unbelievable balcony view of the sea, great all-around accommodation with super friendly hosts that made us feel at home. Would return no doubt, the hosts really did care about our enjoyment of our stay.

The property is very well positioned and has a great panorama of the Tsilivi town and of the sea. Additionally, you are very close (about 200m) to the bus-stop. The beach can be reached on multiple ways in 10-15 minutes of walking. The neighbourhood is dotted with restaurants, taverns and small shops or markets. One of the most important aspect is the hospitality of the host who is willing to help with anything and also very responsive to answer questions. I had a very pleasant experience with them from the first day and I would recommend this location to my friends as soon as possible.... In the minute we arrived and got out from taxi, lady Georgia welcomed us and saw the driver overcharging us with 5€ more than usual, then she intervened for us so that finally the driver returned 5€ back to us. Although there is air conditioning we didn't need it as one can sleep with the balcony doors open which have insect screens The bus ticket from Tsilivi to Zakinthos city is only 2€. From there you can reach other locations / beaches with only 2€ (in the touristic season).

We had a very good time there! Tha apartment is cozy and clean, the staff are really kind and always grateful to help! The room is well equiped, comfortable, with an airconditioner, and a balcony with a nice view upon the sea. The place is also ideally close to everything.

What a fantastic input from Georgia and her sons, nothing was too much trouble, and it was an unique experience, the care and attention given were remarkable. We will definitely stay at Yiannis apartment again.

My husband and I just spent a whole week with Georgia and her family at their beautiful hotel! Absolutely one of the best experiences we have ever had with a stay. First of all, the communication that I got from the host was absolutely amazing, any questions I had both before and during our stay would always get an answer. I could tell just from the long answers I would get, just how much Georgia and her family care about their guest. Me and my husband had an early flight in, and we informed Georgia, honestly just to ask if it would be alright if we could leave our luggage there until the check-in time. We were pleasantly surprised with our room almost ready for us when we arrived, as Georgia and her family worked extra hard for everything to be ready early for us. I could not put into words the great hospitality shown to us from the first second. The hospitality shown at Yiannis Studios is only something you will get staying at a family run hotel. We were given Georgia’s personal phone number to call or message if we needed help with anything throughout our stay, which was such a comforting thing to have. The room was clean and comfortable, and had everything you could possibly need on a holiday. Blowdryer, iron, hangers, stovetop, kettle and a fridge with a freezer. I have been to Greece many times before but the iron was such an amazing touch to top things off for me! The balcony was amazing with a beautiful sea view, just far enough from the Main Street to never be loud. We would enjoy breakfast at the balcony every morning! And the parking space was amazing for us as we rented a bike for our trip! I would recommend Yiannis studios to anyone who’s looking to experience the real Greek hospitality at one of the best places to stay in Tsilivi! We are already looking forward for our next stay at Yiannis Studios.

This property was in a fantastic location, close to all the action. We booked last minute and the host and her son were both lovely to deal with. The apartment was very spacious, very clean. The wifi worked perfectly, and the air conditioning was great. We had two lovely balconies with beautiful views over the town, and to the sea. We do hope to return.

Despite the slightly noisy fridge at night, the overall experience was wonderful. Adding a microwave would be a nice touch for reheating meals, especially since restaurant portions are quite big.

A true highlight was the daily cleaning service, maintaining the pristine state of the apartment throughout my long stay. The spotlessly clean and inviting space, complemented by stunning views, made it one of my best accommodations. Georgia's exceptional hospitality and helpfulness made me feel at home. The amenities were excellent, providing everything I needed: air conditioning, a hair dryer, and a kitchenette with electric stove & kettle. The thoughtful addition of a clothes drying rack was useful for drying beach towels and swimwear. The free parking and convenient location, with the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and laundry service just 10-15 minutes away. The apartments are situated on a small hill with a good road for easy access. This apartment is the perfect choice for an unforgettable vacation

There was nothing i didnt like about my stay..The room was clean and tidy and had everything you would exspect for a studio..the balcony had a lovely view of the sea and i found it relaxing to sit there with a cup of tea and chill after returning from the beach.

Stayed at the Yiannis Studios for 7 nights. Lovely and peaceful yet only less than 150m down a moderate hill to lively bars and restaurants..i was met on arrival by the hosts Georgia and Pad ( as i liked to call him).who were very welcoming.

EVERYHTING WAS HORRIBLE!!!! FOR THE FIRST TIME, THE ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR OF THE HOST WAS HORRIBLE, SIMPLY OUTRAGEOUS. THE HOST ANSWERED AT THE SAME TIME IN A PHLEGMOUS, BUNKY TONE, SAYING "OKAAAAY" AT THE SAME TIME, BUT IN SUCH A DISGUSTING TONE, WHICH MAKES ONE THINK ONLY ONE THOUGHTS FROM HER, IN ADDITION TO THAT, THAT THE WOMAN IS A WITCH. IN ADDITION, WE RAN OUT OF TOILET PAPER AND I HAD TO WALK AROUND WITH PAIN FOR 30 MINUTES BEFORE I FINALLY FIND THEM TO GIVE ME ALREADY ROLLED TOILET PAPER, WHICH WOULD BE A BASIC SERVICE FOR EVERYONE. I KNOCKED ON THEIR HOUSE, BUT NOBODY OPENED THE DOOR, AND THEY HEARD ME BECAUSE ONE OF THEM WAS OUT ON THE TERRACE, SO BEASICALLY THEY WERE JUST JERK. FINALLY I HAD TO SHOUT TO THEM TO FINALLY PAY ATTENTION. IT'S HORRIBLE THAT I HAD TO BEGGING FOR TOILET PAPER AS IF THEY WERE A HUMAN WHO LIVES ON THE STREET. I MEAN EVERY NORMAL ACCOMODATION PROVIDES AN ADEQUATE QUANTITY OF TOILET PAPER AND I ALMOST PEEED MYSELF BECAUSE OF THEM. AND THE OWNER SAID WE CANNOT USE THE AIR CONDITIONER OR WE WILL HAVE TO PAY MORE WHILE THAT WAS PART OF THE SERVICE AND WE PAID A DAMN MUCH FOR THE ACCOMMODATION. IN ADDITION, THE WATER WAS NOT DRINKING BECAUSE THERE WAS SULFUR WATER IN THE HOTEL AND WHEN THE PERSON WAS SHOWERING STINKY WATER CAME OUT OF THE SHOWER SO THEY CAME OUT STINKIER THAN WHEN HE WENT IN. SO THE WHOLE PLACE IS A TRASH, BUT MOSTLY THE PEOPLE THAT SELL IT OUT, SO MOSTLY THIS WOMAN, WHO NAMED GEORGIA. THIS WOMAN PISSED ME OFF.
