The property was very clean and the room would be cleaned everyday. It was very comfortable, beach was nearby and restaurants as well.

The bathroom was a bit small, but overall good. Maybe a bit more kitchen utensils would be nice!

Ruassi Studios is perfectly located in the area of Ammoudi. The building is surrounded by a lovely garden, full of olive trees and flowers, where you can enjoy some nature and silence. If you come by car (which is recommended), you can park it in the back of the garden. There is a nice beach with clean water only 3 minutes walking from the house, a lot of good restaurants and shops! The owner was super sweet and available for anything. This is a good choice if you plan on staying out for the whole day, as the house is ideal only for sleeping and relaxing a bit. Good solution for couples. We enjoyed our stay there, very much recommended!! :)

Everything. The quiet location, the sorroundings, the garden, the close seaside but first of all, the personnel of the studio building. The cats :) We had a brilliant holiday n the island, and this accomodation had a really great part of this feeling. Thank you Dyonusos!!

The location was great in a very quiet area! Mr Dyonisis was very kind, welcomed us and helped in case we needed something. The room was cleaned daily. P.S. Bring some cat food, there are a few beautiful cats from the area, that came everyday at breakfast, in the garden.

I would invest in sliding mosquito nets rather than the ones that close in the middle, as they are harder to close and more mosquitoes will get inside while you fiddle with them

Nice garden, the person receiving us (not sure if the owner or the house guardian) was very kind and showed us around, let me park my motorcycle inside safely at the back. Room was spacious, perfect for our one night stay.

The best price/performance ratio. Spacious studios, namely their terraces with sea view. A quite place with olive trees all around, at the edge of the village center, placed in a nice garden used also for parking in shadow under trees. A kind landlord. Not far from the sea.

Location perfect, short walk from town/ beach and some places to eat. Host was lovely waited outside for us to check in and really made an effort to make us feel welcome. For the price you can’t complain!

The shower was very small and you could only shower with the portable/hand shower adapter. There was no other way (first time I see this in a hotel or airbnb)

Didn t seem very clean. All mirrors were placed really low, we couldn t see ourselves. Kinda dark and i really didn t like the overall vibe. Nothing out of the ordinary, but wouldn’t stay again

I liked the terrace in front, the fact that was close to the seaside and had parking available at the location. Wifi worked great

The room we stayed in even though it was spacious it was giving the impression that it was left over to rot. There were stains on the walls and cobwebs on the ceiling. Furthermore the bathroom was a disappointment because you could barely fit in to do anything there. Last but not least (and the most important one) there wasn’t basically air conditioning. When we checked in the owner told us that we could only press two buttons on the air conditioner remote (the ones to change the temperature) and if we pressed anything else the air condition would stop working… The thing is that the air conditioner had a set temperature of 28 *C and even though we tried to change the temperature it was locked. We talked to the owner, after we had an awful afternoon in the room, and he told us that the temperature could not change because all air conditioners had a temperature base line of 28 degrees, and also we could open the windows if we want to cool down, since there was a breeze. All in all, it was a disappointing experience because when you pay 80€ per night for a room you at least expect basic necessities such as an air conditioner that is working properly.

The accommodation had a beautiful garden with spacious parking and also our room had a great balcony!
