Perfect location, beautiful room

The location is very convenient, and the breakfast was decent and satisfying.

The property urgently needs renovation. While the design and aesthetics are beautiful, the lack of proper maintenance is obvious, with stains on the walls and floors, and issues in the bathroom (the sink stopper was broken and water would not drain). The biggest problem was the noise and unprofessional behavior of the night receptionist. Our room was close to the reception, and every night she was talking very loudly on video calls with friends, laughing, with loud music in the background. This made it impossible to rest after a long working day. She was also smoking and walking around the pool area at night, leaving ashes on the floor, and her general behavior was very disturbing for guests. On the second day, I returned to find that housekeeping had left the air-condition running at 19°C for over 12 hours in a small 15m² room. When I turned it off, because of the strong temperature difference with the hot summer night, heavy condensation formed inside the room. Water was literally running down the walls and mirrors, leaving the sheets, clothes damp. I had to stay outside on the balcony for more than an hour until the room returned to a livable temperature. Overall, the hotel has potential thanks to its location and design, but without serious renovation, better maintenance, and proper staff training, I cannot recommend it, especially for business travelers looking for rest and comfort.

Close walk to Naousa town center and Agioi Anargyroi Beach. Well maintained property and was very clean.

Location was superb for the Old Town. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Food and drink was good. Rooms were well presented and extremely well cleaned.

The hotel’s location in Naoussa is excellent — close to the port, shops, and restaurants.

However, the overall experience was only passable. The facilities and service did not fully match the expectations for the price.

We had an incredible time staying here! Perfect place to relax, nice walk into town, incredibly friendly staff, and have a lovely room with a perfect view of the pool.

Rooms are small. Where we stayed is like a basement. Very noisy. Furnitures are very poor. We paid around 500Euro per night but it should be at most 250. Price mislead us. We had a great experience in Mykonos with a similar price range.

Nothing all excellent Local beaches charge a lot for sun beds so maybe a Consideration if you want lots of beach days to book a hotel either its own beach and free sunbeds But this is not something that reflect ts on Zefi One note for Zefi - our bathroom was red and personally didnt work with the rest of the aesthetics of the hotel - would be far nicer the pale olive colour ! (Just in my opinion ) just felt off and not a good light

Location was good and parking was very easy . Some members of the staff was polite but bit all .

Spaceless hotel - some rooms very close to the pool with a lot of noise . The receptionist was very arrogant and bit polite at all . We got a room for three persons which was very small - food very poor and bar products very expensive . Rooms have not been maintained properly .

Staff are absolutely lovely, clean, nice hotel, good amenities, breakfast, local to shops. The staff knew we were leaving early so they gave us some ham,cheese, bread and fruit for an early breakfast which was incredibly sweet.

The property was close to town. Had a great breakfast and great salads
