Hello Ienka, we would like you to know that you are accommodated at exactly the rooms that you book. There is no way that you booked for a female dorm and we put you in a mixed one. You will be able to see the details of the reservation at the email that you received from booking.com. The female dorms have different prices and availability of all the other dorms. As we can see you booked for a six bed dorm that there is no option for female dorm in the 6bed dorms. Moreover, it is worth mentioning that you did not stay at our premises yet you gave low score to the comfort, the cleanliness and the facilities. We are sorry that you could not find what you expected, from our side though everything was according to the reservation that you made.
