Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

This hotel is close to an airport, but looks like it was quiet at night, there is no aircrafts noice. Also, we ordered a free shuttle for 3 am and the driver was exactly at 3 am near the hotel.

United StatesThe fan in our room was almost falling down. Since it wasn't that hot, we did not bother fiddling with it. But it is a minor inconvenience we can ignore for such a great stay!!
Many things - warm welcome, nice clean room, good water pressure in the shower, kitchen facilities in case you need hot water, healthy packed breakfast, and a cab waiting for us outside the hotel at 3:30 am (we intended to walk down to the airport and did not specifically made a request for the cab.) :) The staff is super friendly and very kind. We requested them if they can keep our luggage for a few hours while we tour the city, and they readily agreed even though the request was made after 2 days after we checked out of the hotel.
