The facility is excellent and so quiet with a beautiful view of the lake. Everyone was so friendly and helpful every time we had a question. The room itself was spacious with lots of shelving, a ceiling fan, and a/c. The shared kitchen was so useful too. We would gladly stay here again!

Good location near popular spots.

A/C system was too loud. Bed wasn't as comfortable.

Good location and friendly staff. Nice little patio out the back to sit in the morning and watch the little boats pass by. Reasonable value for money and generally clean. Although the towels and bedsheets were a bit scratchy. The communal kitchen and cold filtered water was a nice touch.

Our double room was basic and quite dated inside, it also smelled a bit damp and mouldy. There was no drain cover on the shower and we found a large cockroach in the bathroom on our first night. Assume it came up the drain!

The view from the three-bedroom room was good.

The bathroom was small, no blankets, small table with own chair, no hand soap available, poor cable TV, AC was lacklustre.

The best location, the view of the lake is incredible you could sit and watch it all day! The rooms are really comfy and the AC is so good. There’s a cute little kitchenette you can use too. Staff are helpful and kind

Friendly worker and free water

Hot water was not very hot.

Basic but clean. Lovely spot right on the water. We got upgraded to a room with lake view, it was great!

Automatic air freshener was overbearing.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Arrived in Flores at 6 AM check in wasnt till 1 pm that day, staff said they could hold our bags until check in. All in all had a great experience with them.

Beds could have been better. Shower facilities could have been better.

Amazing location and free kayaking

Good, quiet location on flores island. The guys working recepción were helpul with booking tour to tikal and a taxi.

They would not accept card payment when i arrived even though I booked through booking.com and was told card payments were fine. The room was damp and had mold growing on the walls. There was no window in the room to outside for fresh air. The bed was broken and uncomfortable, it was lower on one side than the other. The 'suicide shower' was cold and there was no hot water. There were no blankets or sheets on the beds, just one thin bedspread, it was cold. The internet kept dropping out, was patchy and slow. This hotel needs modernising, updating and improving.

room size was very small, especially the bathroom size was extremely small and the wife access is not that well accessible.

Nice location at the water front

Unfortunately we only got a room without a window. You can hear everything from the hotel lobby, cos the walls are very thin. The staff was unfriendly. In general it’s just way too expensive for what you get.

Beautiful private lago view terrace. Nice sunset view. Nice staff.

Hot showering water not guaranteed.

We had booked two rooms for the family and received two inside, dark rooms originally. After asking at the reception if we could get a room with a window, we were able to change to 1 large room with windows all around, great views and a balcony. A beautiful room. This room accommodated all of us and it was lovely! So make sure you ask for or pay the little difference so you can get a room with windows outside.

When showering, the water came all over the bathroom floor.

Good location on Flores Island. Nice restaurants in the area. Great views of the lake.

Nice location at the top of Flores island. The view from the back of the property over the lake was great. The room was comfortable and had everything that you would need. Staff were friendly helping us when we first arrived and also allowing us to store our bags whilst we visited Tikal during the day before moving on. Price was good value for Flores.

Showers were cold but not uncommon for Guatemala. WiFi was inconsistent in the room but worked fine in the hallways

The place is great for the money:) we didn’t expect much, it was clean and comfortable. The staff amazing - friendly and helpful.
