We didn't have access to the internet in our room. To use the internet, we had to go to the reception area. Since we were traveling and making plans, it would be helpful to have internet in the rooms.

The beach access is excellent. In Monterrico the surf is quite dangerous, but in Bocabarra it is very nice. Good for children or adults. The staff is helpful.

Restaurant! The personal needs to learn costumer services, some of them really don't know what are they doing 😔. Food : I liked the nachos 😁 but sadly the others options need to be improve. It's just my point of view.

The multiple swimming pools were spacious and clean. Air concitioning worked great. Staff was helpful with every need or question.

The only thing for me was that there were not enough A/C units within the villa on the first floor there was only one for the entire first floor and it was in the room and it was not working properly. They attempted to fix it but kept malfunctioning throughout the night and was not keeping cold and it was extremely humid and hot on the first floor and hallways. Not sure but all the water running through the house and pools was salty not sure if they were using ocean water but there was no point of showering coming out of the pools or coming from the beach.

We were able to upgrade and were prioritize once we arrive and we also were able to check in and utilize the amenities while we waited and it was not a long wait for us to get the Villa we upgraded to.

The hotel's restaurant (Habaneros) is your only real option, due to the remote location. Somewhat expensive, but the food is good. The cocktail drinks are hit or miss. The lewd, sexually suggestive reggaeton music in Spanish they play on weekends by the main pool is loud. Great for a party hostel, I guess, but not suitable for a family hotel.

The best hotel option in El Hawaii. Great pools and friendly staff. Pet friendly, which is a huge plus. The beach is manageable, unlike the dangerous Monterrico Beach a few kilometers up the road. Lots of activities (kayaking, surfing, horseback rides, atv rides, etc).

It was a long drive, the place was in construction when we arrived, I've made my reservation ahead of time through booking.com, I've submitted my kids ages, and everything was fine and I was given a price in the website, once we were there, and they saw all my kids they insinuated that there were gonna be an extra charge because for the hotel my kids were considered adults., obviously I wasn't happy with that plus the room that was assigned to us wasn't what I was expecting, so I had to pay for an upgrade.

The food was really good and the staff was friendly.

Everything is a little outdated. When we got into our villa, half of the doors/windows either couldn't be closed or couldn't be opened. One of the toilets' flush didn't work. They worked hard to make everything better, but we still spent the whole stay with our bedroom french door open. It is clearly not as luxurious as it looks on the pictures. The swimming pools are great but there are alot of tiles missing and some mold under the edges. Depending on where your room is located, you might have to cross the street to reach the beach.

Beds were the most comfortable we had in our whole trip. Staff was really nice. Food and drinks were really good. It is right on the beach, which is clean and very nice.

This stay was a major disappointment after saving for our summer holidays in Monterrico. Mold in the bedroom, water leakage from the AC, and a pervasive musty smell pose a clear health risk. Smelly towels. A bedroom window on the first floor was dangerously hanging outward, secured only by a mosquito net. Stray animals and dog waste around the property, including near beach suites.Broken tiles (pool, kitchen), damaged pool railings, and visible disrepair throughout.

It took about 5 hours to get there by car from the capital city and had to go over 87 speed bumps. There’s nothing within walking distance like a convenience store, gas station, restaurant, supermarket, etc. Mobile signal is very weak and hotel wi-fi sometimes works, sometimes it doesn’t.

Hotel staff was very nice. Clean beach. Tasty food at hotel restaurant. Many pools. Really nice room with kitchen, sofa.

Reception ladies need a lot of help. No info given about the hotel, restaurant hours, events. Didn't even greet us, or have a nice stay. Only be back if we need a cheap place to stay without any expectations.

Place was affordable. Pools were nice, even though it was raining. Brian the boat drive was the best staff person hands down.
