the bathroom was horrible! it smell like clining liquid and we could not get rid of the smell that hurt ou reyes. shower horribel pressure and no hot water. small room small bathroom.

Centrally located. the staf, ver very little staf, it looks like the hotel is in a decline state, however the receptionist was very very helpful.

One of the rooms we rented was super small, including the bathroom.. to use the toilet, your knees were touching the wall in front of you.. kinda weird.. but the second room was spacious and nicer..

The lifts didn’t work The pool looked like it had Covid But the biggest let down was no filtered water, which meant a big hotel chain was responsible for using hundreds of plastic bottles per day. If the owners spent some money on eco filters that would be serving the local community much better

Property was old and elevators and some other things were not workink at all, also the bed sheets were stained and I took pictures to probe it, the next day after they cleaned the room we found a huge ball of hair in the floor by the bed so obviously whomever cleaned the room did not did a good job, furthermore we took a tray with a some food to our room and believe or not even after they supposedly cleaned the room the tray with the dirty dishes was still in our room and to make things worst in the middle of the night a mirror fell off but it did not break, so I wake up and put it by the side but the maintenance person did not bother to put it back the in the wall the next day. I believe that the problem is that the person that is allways in the front desk is also the maintenanse person, the cook and maybe he also cleans the rooms, this I did not see it, but believe me he is definitively a multitasking person, so as a result No I do not recommend this property at all

Bathroom was terrible, had an extremely strong odor like some chemical probably to cover the sewage smell, gave us headaches and could almost not go in the bathroom due to the smell, also pool was filthy.

Hotel is right by the entrance of the Flores island, near pretty much everything you need in the area, restaurants, tours, etc. Bedroom was good with ac.
