ColombiaWithout a doubt, this place is an oasis amidst the chaos of Panajachel. While there may be other options near the lake, the hot springs at Regis are truly worth staying for. The staff members were incredibly kind, always providing accurate information and offering support when needed. The hotel boasts a spacious backyard where the hot spring pools are nestled among ancient trees, frequented by birds and squirrels.

The location felt pretty central. The spa was great, both my friend and I had amazing massages. The hot springs were cool too, but only used those briefly. Breakfast was great especially since it was included in the cost.

Regis is extremely well located, staff are friendly and the gardens are lovely. The hot tub is a nice relaxation spot that any guest can access. We stayed here the night before the driver picked us up to head to our next destination.
