Friendly staff, gorgeous views, excellent gardens, restaurant available was very convenient.

Place was good. Excellent location. Bathroom water wasn’t draining well and the beds were a little uncomfortable.

food was good they prepare the food at the moment we asked and the view to the lake it's perfect, the sound of the birds in the nature its beautifully

This hotel and the place is just a Natural piece of peace and a very positive energy, the old rocks walls makes you feel warm. Staff such Jose, Manuela, and Francisca makes you feel part of the family. Highly Recommended.

Just a personal opinion the room could have a light with brighter light.

This is an absolutely amazing place to stay. The staff was very friendly and willing to help in any way. The food served at the restaurant was great! This was a quiet location central to everything the city has to offer. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Excellent place, very good location and views. Rooms are spacious and clean, Bathrooms are adequate. Restaurant has great terrace view and good food. Vegetarian friendly. Stuff is very friendly and useful. Easy access to Panajachel by car, boat- or moto-taxi.

We've had issues with water pressure in both rooms showers: low water flow and difficult to set the hot/cold balance. Rooms sound insulation could be better.

The view to the lake is amazing the sunset are spectacular!

The beds were very uncomfortable woke up with back pain every morning.

Amazing lake views from.our room. Not many resraurents around but Rene's pizza was too good.

There is no public boat to this place. You need to either hire private boat from panajachal(round 300Q) or book Uber. And Uber takes long time with many cancellations. We took Tuk Tuk and it took 45 mins to get to this place.

I expected a little more in the accommodations . No tv for the quiet hours to settle in for the night . No hot water (warm) water was shut off and not notified of reason

Hotel staff is very nice, hotel is super clean and food and drink prices fair. View on the lake and vulcanos are stunning!

Great brekfast. Good supper. But you have to eat outside which can be quite cold.

Our rooms were up 60 stone steps and right beside the hotel's construction site. Work started at 7 am. I wonder why we were not given a room at a lower level. There was no one in those rooms. Could have been quieter and easier

The terrace has a beautiful view of the lake! The room was comfortable and clean and there is hot water in the shower. Filtered drinking water was provided. The food and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced (try the empanadas!). The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Two parking spots are available underneath so it is first in, best dressed. It was a very peaceful place to stay, we absolutely loved it!

Not about the property itself but just a note if you are driving from Antigua: the road coming from the south along the lake is a bad dirt road, however the road via Panajachel is good.

Felt like a scam. The Everything had extra cost. Asked and paid for room with lakefront and private terrace, reality was so disappointing. They did have, however, lakefront and private terrace rooms available only for 200% extra of original payment. Also, this is not a hotel, it’s a house. You are paying for them to let you stay in one of their rooms. It feels as if you’re an unwelcome guest -except you pay. Ha! Lastly, they have you park on the street. “It’s safe” they say.
