Reviews of Guam Plaza Resort 3 stars

The location of the hotel is an advantage to us as it's in the central of the shopping centers and close to the beach, restaurants, etc. The room was comfortable and most necessary items provided. Liked the fact options of towels were provided and replaced nearly everyday.

It was very dusty under the bed and the couch. Like I can see clearly the dust collected in these areas, may have been missed during cleaning, not sure. The reception team checking me in should have also confirmed my check-out date and time to avoid checking me out earlier, which happened, and I had to rush to get my cash and pay for another night (this was not clear from the beginning)

Location is great. A little tricky to get to if following Google Maps, but still pretty easy to find. I like having a balcony, though the view is not spectacular. I also appreciate the “convenience store” in the lower level so that it’s easy to get water and late night snacks.

No free breakfast or drinking water. But I guess that’s common these days. I could also hear water flowing through the walls.

Clean and helpful staff. Second time booking here, I recommend it.
