I like how they have multiple things to do, kids indoor playground, pool, and a walk to the beach. There is also a cafe shop, Starbucks, and you can enjoy breakfast right at the lobby with a great view.

The fact that the bathroom door didn’t lock was a little weird to me

We booked for full package and found out that dinner buffet would close down at 7pm ( though we had been turned down at 6.45 also!). This really doesn't help and does not allow to enjoy a sunset outside at the beach as you need to dash back to the hotel to try and have an early dinner. Breakfast buffet is 80% Korean food.....not a great selection of fruit either. For an international hotel we'd expect more options for a continental breakfast. Bar closes at 8 pm and it is impossible to enjoy a beer after that time.

The hotel is right on Tumon bay and has its own access to the beach. The fact the hotel is at one end of the bay means that you don't find a lot of people walking by. Excellent snorkelling and fine white sands. Perfect spot for a family holiday. The hotel has great features for kids too. A playground and a dedicated kids pool! Super! Our oceanfront view room was a stunner! Big spacious room and bathroom.

Older building but well maintained, nice amenities When I reported there were no paper cups in the fitness center, the staff took the time to locate them, leaving her post and did not stop until she found the paper cups while she was apologizing all that time she was in the process of looking Love their Japanese green tea

The wait for my room took pretty long. I checked in 45 mins after the scheduled check in time.

The breakfast was really good. The room allowed me good sleep and great comfort. And the pool was very relaxing.

Room AC was not as cold despite trying to lower the temperature on the control.

The room was comfy and close to the Club Lounge and pool. Bed was spacious for family. The theme of the room was the Bread Barbershop and was cute for kids.

Room quality wasn’t there. We were placed in our first room that would not cool, and mini fridge started to leak. They corrected it and provided us a room on the top floor. They do need to do maintenance and some more attention to their tubs. Ours would not drain quickly.

The property is away from the main strip but not too far making it hard to reach. The food is probably better than most hotels on. Pool was beautiful our view even better. Friendly staff, and a gorgeous ballroom ocean view rooms is definitely worth it.

We stayed in 3 different hotels, and yes, this one is 2times more expensive than another one, but i can feel the price difference in service. Good room. Perfect wonderful sea view. Amazing food. Towel rent next to swimming pool. Late check out 🫶🏻 Compare to PIC more new hotel, air conditioning everywhere, more good services.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel front desk staff was phenomenal! They were very helpful with suggestions to local restaurants and places to visit. We enjoyed the guidance and friendliness of the hotel staff.

Staff was NOT helpful through check-in and check-out process. We had to get the rolling carts ourselves and roll our luggages to and from our rooms. Also, there was a strong language barrier as most of the front desk attendants were difficult to understand.

Overall, property was clean and well-maintained.

The rooms are so old even tower wing, especially bathroom. It was sometimes difficult to flash. And the room was not clean every day, even changing towels .

All of the rooms in the tower wing is in front of the beach so the view from the room is very nice.
