Pool, restaurant and bar close far too early. We arrived early in the morning in Guam and had to wait much too long for our room. Management is clearly not very flexible in this regard, even though the hotel was far from fully booked.

Very good hotel spacious rooms with panoramic ocean views and comfortable beds. Quiet at night. Good location in Tumon and ample parking. Very good but expensive breakfast buffet in the restaurant. Beautiful beach but very rocky and too shallow for swimming.

The private beach is stunning. There were 3 pools and the Slide was fun. Ocean view. Easy access to city center by walking and micronesia mall thru shuttle.

1. Taxi to and from airport was outrageous. Hotel should offer shuttle service. 2. Hotel should offer complementary continental breakfast with coffee. 3. English spoken by front desk staff was a little weak and difficult to understand sometimes.

It would be nice to have a microwave in the room. Its inconvenient to go to the lobby in your pjs in the middle of the night.

The breakfast buffet was more like brunch. So many to choose from. It was worth it. The private balcony was the best part of our stay. Watching the sun rise and sun set was so beautiful. We would just stay outside and listen to the ocean waves. It was so relaxing.

It's a little off the shopping area but not that far, you need a rental car to get around anyways.

Location was perfect for a quiet getaway. Facilities were top notch, Filipino staff are the best. Has its own cove and beach front!

The restaurants and bard close early. I arrived at 10:40 PM from overseas and everything in the hotel was closed. I did not know that I would not be able to buy a drink or snacks after arriving from a 24 hours journey, so was rather disappointing to have to find something open outside of the hotel. Also, the front desk could not give me any information about where to go, so I had to ask a the hotel next door for information.

The room is spacious, beds are extremely comfortable and the view from the balcony is fabulous. It ia the kind of room that you could spend all day lounging in, relaxing and recharging. Perfect for a vacation!

Hallways to rooms on floors had rugs that were very dirty and in need of replacing. Would be good to replace with floors that can be mopped. Rug in room also stained but not as bad as hallway rugs.it would be nice to have more lunch options.

Ice machine on our floor was constantly out of order and making a "beep" most of the time.

2nd year in a row we have stayed at this hotel for Christmas. It has a very nice pool and beach access. We also use it for the spa and restaurant Benkay. Parking is free and accessible. First time doing breakfast which was very good.

The breakfast at hotel is rather expensive --$38. I realize this is a tourist area so all breakfasts in hotel will be pricey but what was offered was not of value. Also was not so impressed that the hotel takes a $100 USD fee when you check in and tells you at check out that they will reimburse your credit card in 7 to 10 days. Should be more automatic.

The view of the ocean from my room on the 9th floor was speactacular. I had not expected such a large balcony and enjoyed relaxing and taking in the view from there. My room was also more spacious than expected and the working desk by the large windows with ocean view was also a nice added touch.

We booked rooms with 3 beds but only had 2 and it took them 3 hours to set up the 3rd bed. Annoying since we came from a flight and had no sleep yet. Also, they didn't allow early check in. Asked us to pay full price even if it's already 9am and check in is 3pm. I told them to be considerate as we have 2 kids and 2 elderlies but the manager didn't seem to care and just said no. We had to pay 100 USD for an early check in that we never experienced this type of hassle in a 3 star hotel before. I was expecting better service for a 4 star hotel like this. The other staff were great and helpful though. I was also disappointed that the chapel wasn't open for public. You can only enter if you are going to get married or a visitor of a weddng. I have been looking forward to getting my photo taken and one of the reasons why I chose this hotel. Honestly, Guam plaza hotel had better service than this place. Room was also smaller than the picture. Water heater doesn't work sometimes.
