For me, who was traveling with children. I wish to have amenities like hot coffee available and room service for clean towels and wash cloths.

The villa is clean. The location is very safe and close to the beach 🏖️. I like the check in process. It's easy to access the property. The air conditioner is cool and the apartment is clean. It's very quiet 🤫 and peaceful at Ocean 🪸 Villa.

Was not always able to connect to wifi. Need a more stable connection for netflix. A visual presentation or illustration of where to park for unit 106 to avoid confusion. The bathroom smells like bleach during our 1st night. Need curtains for windows to lessen sunlight.

Beach easy access. The room was clean. Good location. We were comfortable during our whole stay.

The shower water wasn’t very warm even after multiple attempts to raise the temperature.

It may be a product of the local infrastructure, but our power kept dimming and the internet was barely usable.

The location is fantastic, easy beach access, cool outdoor kitchen and relaxing area. The rooms were decent sized and fairly clean.

No housekeeping without paying. Don’t you dare park in Mrs. Madam’s parking spot. The neighborhood looks a little ghetto, but really isn’t. Guam was recovering from a typhoon and the whole place is a little beaten up.

The location was great if you have a car. If not, you can easily walk to Shirley’s for a great breakfast and the Sagano Restaurant for a very affordable Japanese meal. You have your own beach though the water is very shallow.

Because of maintenance issues we had to spend half our time in a smaller unit than we had paid for. I asked several times about credit for the difference in price for those days and was completely ignored, not even a response. There is no management staff onsite so I could not talk to them personally

The location is good, right on the beach. It is close to many attractions but not within walking distance, you do need a car. The onsite staff is great, they keep the grounds very clean

Dirty rooms

We didn’t stay here because rooms had not been cleaned when we arrived. We arrived at 10:30pm after having booked the room in the morning. The hotel operator immediately agreed to refund our money but did not do so for two weeks.

Very chill and friendly staff, amazing location. There's a small outside kitchen and barbecue. The place is right next to the beach. The water is super shallow so not really suited for swimming but the sunsets were gorgeous.

Amazing owner and amazing customer service. This place is right on the beach which was awesome. If I had an issue, I was able to reach out to the owner and he was able to fix it for me immediately. If and when I go back to Guam, I definitely will be staying here again!

I didn’t like the auto door lock always locking after closing the door. I understand why it’s there and would not change it. For those who leave the room and close the door, make sure you remember the code.

Almost everything was a disappointment from the expected five star rating. See photos. Bugs, stub toes every day, door ready to fall off, no hangers. Far too many of the amenities listed weren’t available and after 3 emails were not resolved.

Internet and TV did not work upon approval. After a few days the TV was replaced. Internet was also restored. Only luke warm water in the shower. A hot shower would have been nice.

- I would've liked to have more shelf space and hangers since I was there for an extended stay - An actual dish rack would've been helpful - Outdoor kitchen was well equipped but had too many flies. I only cooked there once, wasn't worth the trouble - Chickens that woke me up at 5:30 every morning!

- Location: close to a supermarket, Guam Premium Outlets, beaches, Tumon, etc. - Cleanliness: the unit was spotless and felt very comfortable - Staff: the staff went out of their way to help me with my requests - Beach access: the small private beach was a great way to start a day or watch the sunset - Laundry - Parking - Privacy
